Thank you very much for having me present on behalf of Seeing Machines, Australian Industry & Defence Network (AIDN) QLD. I'm sorry I could not be there in person to experience the Queensland branch's renowned strong member energy and engagement, and to see and meet with Hanwha Defense Australia.

I thoroughly enjoyed trying to connect Seeing Machines' Royal Australian Air Force eye-tracking based pilot training capability to AIDN's membership community of Small to Medium Enterprises through the common thread of Sovereign Industrial Capability, and Australian Industrial Capability. The potential capability just in the room I presented to was tremendous, and larger prime and tier 1 organisations should be commended for their ongoing efforts to understand, extract, and deliver the advantages these present.

So smart eye have had a couple of small wins lately & we are waiting on SEE to announce their wins.

According to PMG OEMs have to make a decision by the end of year. We are hanging on every word PMG says so he better not disappoint. Most investors from institutional, private or even company insiders are all under water as bought at 11p so we will SEE what happens by end of year. I’m still positive but I’ve got buyers fatigue at the moment !!

What baffles me is Lombard selling at 5.5p & then buying back in again at 6.8p ? This is very confusing , but interesting how ownership is just under 15% at 14.99% ! Anyone know why they would do this ?

Yes it seems they have discussed this since 2020 but what is positive is that the timeline is getting closer & closer so we are nearer to full integration on all GM vehicles. Think we are all frustrated with the share price but can't be long before we get news to skyrocket us past 11p & beyond :)

GM's L2 #ADAS feature] Super Cruise is available only on certain roads, with General Motors announcing an expansion to its network back in August.

The expansion doubled the size of the Super Cruise network in North America and Canada, which covers over 400,000 miles of roads [#HDmaps for which are supplied by Ushr Inc.].

Remember about 40 % of shares are owned by individuals like us so only way to sweep up more shares is to play games of manipulation.

Something definitely happening behind the scenes. Sometimes they have to sell because of tax reasons on a certain date ?! At least this is good news, but agree very weird trading activity.

A key provision in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act signed into law on November 15, 2021 requires a national safety standard for state-of-the-art smart technology in all new cars that would ultimately eliminate impaired driving. The clock is ticking on the 3-year timeline in the mandate.

PMG has been stating that we are on the cusp of a 'step change' & this will materially improve our revenue mix.

I'm also a bit frustrated by the lack of news as so far as we've seen loads of videos & even presentations on how bullish PMG is on the future of SEE. I know they can't control the share price but feel that the market is waiting on the proof, ! Seeing is believing !!

They are up by 5%, must be getting finance or a potential win ?

Looks like SEE are in a quiet period for some reason as there is so much news they could release but are choosing not to for some reason.

I'm scratching my head a little as to why Lombard Odier would sell & then buy back these shares :

11 November 2022 Bought 134,208,641 ordinary shares at 5.5p

11 November 2022 Sold 207,208,641 ordinary shares at 5.5p

It looks very suspicious, who else managed to buy the rest at 5.5p ? Anyone else think it's weird that price went back to 6.90p on friday even with all the selling & again not moved today ?

Reminds me of what PMG said with OEM's always asking if they can integrate this or add this to the stack. Drink driving is a major cause of accidents so being able to solve this would be huge not only for SEE but for the safety of all drivers.
