TSX exchange grants conditional approval for the acquisition of Misisi Gold project. Another step closer.

I’ll be keeping an eye on the rig positions to check for any sign of them moving location. Might be an indicator of what’s happening and how long its taking to drill each hole.

Last years drill location is interesting in that it’s right on the edge of the anomaly, obviously we didn’t have the Cu:Sc assay results when that location was chosen. Getting such good grades on the edge of the anomaly bodes well for this years drilling!

The copper : scandium anomaly shows up very clearly in the satellite image and also notice how the colour of the vegetation reveals the presence of enriched copper in the soil.

Re-reading the Cu production numbers something is clearly wrong, the number for H2 2020 was 1447 Tonnes but the stated total for FY 2021 is 1387 Tonnes. I was wondering if this might actually be the number for H1 2021 but then the stated total figure since start of operations is 2026 Tonnes so that doesn’t add up either. Something that needs clarification if anyone is compiling a list of questions for Leon!

If you look at the trades there are lots of sells going through which are not unduly affecting the share price. Someone is clearly happy to accumulate them. I was expecting an initial muted response because the expected good results were well known in advance. Once the sells have cleared then we should start to see a steady rise, in my opinion.

I read this as meaning they are still in the fine tuning stage prior to bulk processing so the copper produced so far is just a by product of that testing process. If that figure of £3281/Tonne is correct that would translate to £32.8 M in earnings target for next year and £82 M once they ramp up to 25,000 T of Cu / year!

This is the 6 month operations update. Why should they be talking about something which isn't planned to happen until next year?

I read that as copper production for H1 is (2026-1447)= 579 Tonnes. If the earnings were £1.9M I make that £3281/Tonne

I think most regular posters are just staying away from the board at the moment to save their sanity! Any damage done can only be short term as the fundamentals remain unchanged and any investor who has done the necessary research should have no reason for doubting those.
Assuming Rackla Metals get their financing in place, I expect that could be the first bit of positive news we get. After that it will be all dependent on the drilling data…. If those are looking good then I think things will get very hot very quickly. Let’s hope so anyway :-)

It seems strange to me that some people are happy to believe someone reporting a ‘source’ close to NvS but don’t believe the what he has said directly! It’s a funny old game.

I think this is the location of Fwiji from Google Earth. You can see what I think is last years drill location and 2km South is a heavily mineralised area which I believe is this years area of interest. It doesn’t change anything but I like to see the lay of the land!

It’s like a deramping masterclass in here this morning, from the ‘concerned investor’, to the friendly one who always slips in a negative to the hit and run, one word poster. I wonder how many people reading these boards actually fall for it? These are the times when it’s better to ignore everyone else and trust the facts and your own instincts.

Yes they are running two rigs.

If our suitors do have people onsite to monitor the drill cores then we might not even get to the assay stage before an offer(s) are made… exciting times ahead!
