I had actually been hoping they would drill in the middle of the Zaco block because that will be a good indicator what the rest of that area holds. The whole of that block looks to be enriched with copper to some degree so the implications of decent grades and thicknesses there are pretty big. I haven't seen any burning elsewhere on that block before now so they could well be ours... maybe at AA's request?

Just had a look at the latest satellite image from today (first one in a while that wasn't obscured by clouds). There's some burning going on at Cheyeza but also in a couple of other locations in the Northern Zaco block, one in the middle of the block and another up near Nyambwezu target. No guarantee that they are our drill locations but interesting if they are. Hard to know if they are finished at Fwiji but they must be preparing the way to move elsewhere.

Anything else is purely hot air.

One of the standard deramping techniques is to create a thread with a negative title then keep promoting it to the top so that’s the first thing people see…. Don’t fall for it by replying to them, that’s exactly what they want to achieve as you can see. They are not interested in having a discussion.

Don’t let these chancers distract from the obvious, there is copper all over our licenses and plenty of companies want it. It’s there in all the data and the drill results have shown tantalising hints that the grades will be superior to any other mines in the area. Don’t underestimate the value of what we are sitting on, that’s why Nick is playing hardball on our behalf. These fake court actions and talk about share options are just a slight of hand. The recent appointment of Valentine Chitalu to the board, with his experience in ‘divestment of assets’ is (in my opinion) sending out a strong signal that a deal is not that far away.

Looks like HH has inherited an even worse situation than expected. Lungu no doubt blaming the mining companies whilst lining his own pockets and those of his cronies.

I don’t think they’ve got enough money to get a taxi to the High Court, let alone win a bogus case :-). Definitely feels like a concerted effort at the moment to scare people. A post late last night and a few sells this morning dropping the price. Strange that the large buys yesterday didn’t move the price in the other direction!

@Shorn, yes I usually filter the obvious agenda posters (either positive or negative) too, but this one is clearly more sly than most and needs to be challenged. Hopefully not for much longer though, it feels like the wheels are starting to turn!

A few days ago you were implying that the board were crooked, but when challenged about it you produced no evidence....
Care to state exactly how the board are crooked? Maybe they would be keen to know about it.

I think I'll find that you ARE intentionally trying to mislead folk.... but you are now becoming more obvious about it. Hopefully most other people can see it too.

In my mind there's not much doubt that the comms silence is a condition of the negotiations. What other reason could there realistically be for it?

If the deal is just awaiting drilling results to be finalised then there's no guarantee that we will get to see them before an announcement is made. Of course releasing very good drilling results could also put the cat amongst the pigeons with regard the other interested parties.... time will tell!

The new corporate investor presentation is good too. It should help to answer some of the questions asked here about timelines etc. Definitely looks more professional.

It’s not going to get snapped up on the cheap, that’s why we have Rothschild onboard, to make sure we get fair value. If Nick wanted to sell out on the cheap it would have been done and finished months ago.
