icb, as frequently noted fm were happy to take part payment for sag mill in 50 p shares. personally didnt realise we still owed on it. However from the rns it appears they have not bought at 35 p so what do we take from that. many on here have used fm s 50p as some kind of underpinning of the sp . I would imagine that having a sag mill that possibly needed further payment , storage and no use, the condor deal was probably the best option available . maybe f m have bought and not mentioned in the rns which would be a bit remiss.
Unfortunately I dont believe £1 is a realistic valuation before mine funding and production . There are now just shy of 150 m shares , not allowing for warrants etc, so a m cap of £150m, before funding and mine build is very hopeful. as we have seen recently, calibre have just added a cash positive, debt free producer in safe us for $150m. aaz and shg have a m cap less than that and are paying dividends are cash positive and debt free.
still peeps dont want to factor in dilution.Of course explorers need to dilute to progress. The level at which the company dilutes is the critical factor. mellon has paid £1.60 in the past . The last 4 years have been the most damaging dilutionwise. we are valued by m cap so obviously every extra share issued reduces your share price target. The best case scenario is for sure a toll deal asap. It would be good if the sp moved significantly north before funding but not a given by any means. Nobody wants to factor in that it is possible we may be doing the main finance at lower than 35 p. Not a prediction but certainly possible. how many shares if raising 30 % at say 25 or 30p ? hope it is not the case but possible which is why I am unlikely to add until after the big funding.
my reasoning for the sp of the recent placing price and the fact that the sp wouldnt budge north until ironically days before the placing was the market knew it was coming and that is never a good thing for the s p. I believe the same scenario is likely to happen with the next placing that is signalled 6 months in advance .Hopefully I am wrong . I think some are not factoring in the fact that this placing was most likely being finalised when the sp was around 36p so not really much of a discount. the sudden rise to 50p is a bit of a mask.
I also am not as confident as everybody else that there will be no consequences of the election fiasco. neros assumption that the international opposition against ortega is not hardening is wide of the mark imv. time will tell. events positive or negative may happen between now and financing but we are getting towards the business end finally.
