I am still holding onto my FARN and hoping for that bounce back to 140p which seems to be the "glass ceiling" at the mo

Predators - the good news is that I am still in (paper) profit at the mo by about £2K so until I see major red ink on my shares I am not too concerned - after all - it is less than one week of the recovery phase - although it seems like much longer - LOL

My initial target is 180p when I will sell some and give the cash to my daughter - I sent her £2K today to help with her little hobby - making jewellery and brooches

MM games again - up big one day down big the next day - makes very big profits for brokers - tomorrow should be another up day - I was surprised this AM by the SP hitting 140p - I was expecting a fall - but here we are in a big fall again.

Time for a glass of wine and write off today as a bad hair day - at least I got the house gutters cleaned out today

I have not been in a company before whose SP fluctuates by such a huge daily amount - like today - however - I have faith that once we get the next good news the SP will stabilise on a strong upward trend. Brokers keep the Ask/Bid spread wide to deter day traders. In big companies with a spread of less than 1% I am happy to day trade but I am not day trading FARN !!!

FARN fighting back again - all other shares on my "watch list" are deep in the red.

another big red day for world stock markets as idiot Trump continues to roll around like a loose cannon making financial problems into financial crises, FARN holding up well again today. Trump is taking the world into another major recession and no one can stop him. Not good to be holding bank shares or other large company shares now IMO

"No reason for the rise" - you should add - "that I know of" - brokers do not push up SPs without a good reason - it may be just market manipulation or it may be good solid commercial information that we PIs do not yet know about. But as I am well in profit I will hold for a few months to see what transpires

The last RNS seemed to trigger the upward move on the SP although it only announced the date for the next results on 13 September - but possibly the market has heard that the results will be very good indeed - we can but hope !

SP up then down and will go up again - Friday performance was very reassuring IMO

Another consideration is the interests of the partners and chemists working with FARN - would they be willing to have the same relationship with another international partner ? But there is nothing to stop anyone buying up all the spare shares - subject to exceeding the limit at which a takeover bid is required

CB1984 - we PIs could do an Elon Musk and offer to buy the FARN shares at £10 a share - LOL Musk is now being sued by the shorters who have lost millions on the rocketing Tesla SP !

At the moment we seems to have a lot of posters on the BB with good manners - very helpful and tolerant of other viewpoints - makes a pleasant change from the abuse on other BBs - worst one consistently is the LLOY BB - very unpleasant to see all the back biting going on over there - I rarely look at LLOY now.

Ref the rise last week - a combination of rumours in the City and MMs trying to free off the SP and try to make trading FARN more popular - it is their daily bread and butter - no trading means no profits for the brokers !

As Napoleon said about one of his Field Marshals - "I do not care if he is a foul mouthed peasant as long as he keeps on being lucky on the battlefield" And that is what you need on the stock market - "the right place at the right time" Although the fundamentals of a company count for a lot - the market will react illogically most of the time - bad news viewed as good and vice versa - mega buying but little SP rises etc And brokers love to "Pump and Dump" SPs - last Wednesday way up - Thursday way down - Friday way up again.

Quo Vadis Domine - which way do we go next week and onwards. As the SP topped out at 890p recently but was brought crashing down by the BOD RNS using that fatal word "disappointing" I would have normally expected a 20% or 30% drop in SP (like KAZ and FXPO recently) which would take us down to about 620p. Exceptionally - on really bad news - the crash could have been 70% or 80% (like ACA with its Tan govt problems) - this would still give a very low 178p. With the SP recently down at 55p and now still only 129p IMO a fair SP rise next week would be to about 180p - a rise of 40%. I will be holding my 20000 shares until the next definitive RNS on how the trials are going. 620P would be mind blowing. Last year I put £20K into UKOG at about 2p and sold at about 8p for a profit of £63K. I believe that this year FARN will do a UKOG and return the same level of profit. Half my profits last year went to good causes and I will do the same again if this windfall arrives.

The East Is Red ! Of the 20 major companies on my watch list - that I have invested in before - all are today in the red - only little FARN is doing sterling blue work - makes up for yesterday`s kicking we had from the market mafia !
