I can't see lending commence until SOA ltd has all potential risk sat in it, and that won't happen until it's voted in
Amigo shouldn't be allowed to trade if they are at risk of insolvency and they've stated they are

What we have to remember is, even if voters as NO the final decision is down to the judge
Will the judge deem Amigo a company that deserves to be liquidated due to actions of a few idiots using unclear guidelines from the FCA ? or could Amigo help 000's of people to get back on track after this awful 12 months?
I don't have the answer and as Blind says I'd be surprised to have this put to bed soon

It's a hard one to trade right now so thought most would be LTH with knowledge of the issues. But you must be right, any LTH would (should) know everything in that RNS
I suppose there could still be a few that got in at around or slightly below the current price

49 now so if I have to start again so be it, only got what I've saved to invest and if it goes bottoms up it won't change my life
I'll be TOTALLY unhappy and surprised but if it goes how I'd like it would mean life choices are available

I'm with you, I think lots on here are hoping for lending news soon but I can't personally see it until SOA approved
I think we'll see spikes, maybe on news on FCA approval, positive vote etc but the real exciting news will be SOA approved
And lets remember we'll be EXSTREAMLY lucky to purely get good news every time
