Also, if successful we have to remember this company could get back to 70m profits pretty quickly as the foundation to do so is already there

I'd say without an SOA like solution they wouldn't be able to raise enough through dilution. SP would/will plummet without a scheme
The Bod may well raise funds that way down the line to drive the business forward which I'd 100% back

Amigo aren't currently paying ANY new claims so NO money is walking out of the door
SOA will be laid out to customers first to vote on and then final verdict by a judge, during all that time NO claims will be paid so why would senior note holders not wait until final decision has been made as it makes NO difference to them
All of the above can move forward with or without FCA backing. Don't get me wrong we'd all love FCA backing and I'm sure we'll get it but that wasn't the question

1) I'd expect, if FCA agree we'll be told very soon as they intend to write to customers in a couple of weeks
2) We don't need FCA approval to proceed. Would prefer it but it will be down to customers and Judge

Stew, you know me and i'm in here ,and want the same as all other holders and think the new BoD REALLY know what they are doing, and I just can't see them doing a half assed job (in my opinion)

If you look at past online marketing and testimonials they correspond to that section
Also, There is absolutely no reason to update a website prior to lending as why would you? "Look at what you could have won" springs to mind as they ain't lending. Also, if this was new it would mention the fact they are currently not lending but would say something like "We are working hard to get back to helping you and expect that to be soon"
It just feels like we are clutching at straws a little

Forgive me if i'm wrong but isn't N4P along the same lines using freezing ? There's no doubt pill form have huge benefits especially with on going treatment. One example was an Oil rig worker that needed to be Helicoptered to land every two weeks for injection. And obviously Vaccines as these could be posted to remote areas and the likes of India being hot would not require refrigeration.

Just want to say hi as I took a position here this morning
I'm mainly in as my wife worked for Amicus who developed a treatment for Fabries disease which is a genetic condition
The actual outcomes weren't any different than the competitors but it was the only oral version as the rest were injection every 2 weeks.They now have 50% market share in the UK so I'm thinking what others would pay for this. I missed the big rise this year on that one so hoping I catch it here :)
Amicus only has that drug and one in phase 3 and their MCAP is 6B.
