Ours shares would always sit with Amigo Plc and SP would be base all the companies

As far as I know but there are far better here to confirm
Ours shares are in Amigo PLC and Amigo Ltd are a subsidiary
I'd actually think SP would initially drop but soon turn once people realise claims sit with the Ltd company

40m plus 5% of profit for 3 years
but I personally doubt that will pas
Have to add what's left from 150m and maybe up yearly as Blind said
No one knows if not approved, I start thinking about Amigo ltd liquidating and Amigo Plc staring Amigo 2.0

I did the same and it initially cost me 10.7 but managed to average down to 9.4 on Friday
If it does go as planned we'll be good :)

Blind, didn't I also see you mention something along the lines that loans of 2k that have been paid off without guarantor needing to step in shouldn't be allowed to apply ?

Personally I go further and any loan paid off that had no payment's made by guarantor should be void

Hey Thaw, I don't think blind is any better placed to answer that than the rest of us
But, we know the ONLY thing holding SP back in uncertainty around the cost of claims
Once there is a ring around it, no matter what terms sp will react positively. Even if it ended up 40% for three years but Amigo show good profit, SP will start to reflect that profit even while they are paying out. SP's often reflect future potential

But, wasn't money shop also in financial difficulty apart from claims ? Lots of rent, staff dealing with products, small values etc
Amigo wasn't, fundamentals where and still are strong

Blind as you know lots have put a lot of blame on cmc's and none on Amigos door which is wrong in my opinion
We also have to remember, how many of us would actually be here if Amigo hadn't of f'ed up ? not many I bet
Personally I think/hope Amigo will come out of the other side at some point and we'll be in for a great return but with great reward comes great risk and we ALL know that.
Blind you mention timescales, have you got experience of other situations like this ? what is your expected timescale ?

Look there are two sides of the coin
Have Amigo done something wrong at some point? Yes Have most CMC's just done what they do to get money ? yes.
Have they done anything wrong ? No and I'm sure some genuinely give a s h i t about the customer
But I also see it from a shareholders point of view and when I read trust pilot posts like one I read last week from someone complaining about amigo
1 star- Amigo complaining about unaffordability
1 star-EDF electric meter eats up too much cash
4 stars- Ladbrooks online casino
It does make my blood boil and surely anyone can see that in some cases people are taking the p i s s and plenty are jumping on the band wagon, and this is one of the reasons I think the court will have to approval SOA, Hard to sort out the wheat from the chaff and those claiming JUST because they can are hurting genuine claimants. I know that you'll say if you could you would and personally I wouldn't as I'm an adult and do my best to honour any agreement I make.

But I'm sure the family still own a large percentage of the 30m Shares so and dilution will effect them so doubt they do it unless it is for a great reason. Unlike other CEO's that use dilution like a cash flow piggy bank and don't give two hoots about SP

But while pretty much 90% are going through I can't see it making much difference as the cost to Amigo doesn't change
