But we are where we are now 3/4 months later

I think (underlined) this is a possibility
In theory, the debt/complaints are owned by Amigo Loans Ltd and not Amigo Holdings Plc
Therefore if Amigo loans goes into admin it could leave Amigo Holdings intact and that is where the shares are help
Saying all this, we've seen that back fire with G3E- Debt was owed by a subsidiary but courts ruled G3E should be lumped into the issues and may potentially be forced liquidation

It's bloody hard as I think a lot of us became too emotionally attached and if GJ suddenly hits with a lending again (not sure how he could but...) I'll certainly kick myself for doing it

How can a lender say we will go into administration in one breath then say we are working towards lending again prior to Admin outcome ?

Over the last 6+ months the actual circumstances have changed regarding how we thought Amigo would deal with claims. If GJ can get this SOA through in some form or another Amigo's future is bright and their fundamentals haven't changed
The only reason I've bailed is because I'm trying to make a few gains elsewhere and I will buy back here if I'm successful
GLA and hope to see you all again soon (I'm still hoping for that Amigo **** up)

I'm still waiting for you to reply and back up your comment about me blind ramping. I have said this share is risky for months and months buddy. As I've said I still think Amigo will get through this intend to buy back, and I may of TOTALLY ****ed up selling. I'm not looking for a cheaper entrance and hope everyone does well

Do me a favour and go find where I've ramped and said this is a dead cert. Maybe I was more confident in the early days while the true issues where been kept behind smoke and mirrors

HH I tried the same and didn't get in until 26p I think it closed at 18 but actually bloody opened at 24p. It was that pesky RNS explaining the drop that screwed us

I did get caught with an rise so my average is 9p
It's really under the radar right now- 30m Shares in total and I'm hoping we are getting close to RTO
