Will the positions of Project Manager and Compliance Officer not have to be filled and in place before they can start Operations. These positions are being advertised until close date 7th Nov, so could be end of Nov before sorted at earliest.

Imo this is a good RNS for the simple fact that they have engaged with Shareholders even though the details are a tad disappointing. perhaps my post this morning and other posters criticised as derampers for simply looking to be kept informed; has stirred Stephen Lunn into rushing out this RNS

I was disappointed to have sold out early with only 300% up but now relieved. I suggest that SH here should perhaps reach out to Peel Hunt to get their take on things.? and it may ease some concerns and if they are alright with everything then perhaps all is OK

Newuncle 15:51 You are smarter than most on here. The risk is that the US sub Nobel is debt free and continues on as per the RNS with a great deal, whilst the debt remains for PPP Holdings of which everyone is a shareholder and it goes down.

This may not come to pass and I hope not but SHolders must at least be "aware" of this.

PPP currently have a nominal ccj against them which they should have cleared up once they got placing funds. now have zero credit rating from 15th Oct. No communications from the Co and no means of contact either. The subsidiary in US is the benefactor and shareholders here are in the Holdings Co. p.s. I am just providing information, and fwiw yes I did sell my shares just before suspension.I hope they come out and explode and all holders make a killing and I will then try and climb aboard if they do..but this DL guy 🤷‍♂️
