There is no Petroquest-It was dissolved. Where is the recorded judgement of 500k if a judgement was made.? Why has a new Petroquest Energy Co been been formed in Nov 24 by S Lunn.? There's still more info to come out of this shambles.

Unfortunately this is playing out as I suspected it might. The Nobel Petroleum USA Co now has a positive credit rating and debt free as per the RNS "deal" so can continue operations. The Holdings Co is effectively dead. Stephen Lunn now in full charge to do exactly what he is experienced at doing-Dissolving companies. Re the placing. Has this placing money being actually paid. The RNS said the funds were received on 4th Dec. Could these funds have been sidelined somehow into the USA Co.?

quite frankly, the communications behaviour of the bod is shocking, disrespectful, but sadly typical and if I'm wrong on this,it hardly matters; as no sane person would want to become involved.

If the deal is done as oakbloke reckons, why could they not have held off for the sake of 4 weeks on this new prospect. I don't get why they have now diluted their own share purchases so much. The board have now put themselves on the firing line.

I don't see why Sp will not be back to 26p within 4 weeks and breaking out again of these 3 month lows. There is no Fundamental difference between 11th Dec and today (except for a massive 25% down.)
