“What would be the ballpark fugure for us to buy the remaining 70%, does anyone have an idea?”

If the market wants to value our 30% at350 million, then the 70% would be worth approximately 800 million.

Then you would have to take into account Telfer, which would be a negative price due to its age and having to return the land back to how it was before mining commenced, so who knows?

They might just return the 70% for nothing lol!

Order for 500,000 Omnimesh Modules

CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a global leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, is pleased to announce the receipt of an order for 500,000 Omnimesh Modules from

IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited ("IntelliSmart"). In addition to the modules, the order includes Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Standards-Based Hardware, Services, Omnimesh Head-End Software, a Perpetual License, and an Annual Maintenance Contract.

The order will support a smart metering deployment for a Power Grid Corporation of India Limited ("PGCIL") project for Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited ("MGVCL"), a utility located in Gujarat, India. This is the third order received under a Strategic Framework Agreement ("Agreement") for 3 million modules, which was signed in February 2023. Including this order, the total number of modules ordered under this Agreement, all received in the past 3 months, has now reached 1.4 million.

The supply of Omnimesh Modules for this project is expected to commence during Q3 FY 2024, and the deployment will be completed within 27 months, under a DBFOOT (Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate, Transfer) model. A support and maintenance contract will be in effect for a period of seven and a half years after the go-live stage.

I thought that any shares a director held in the company should be declared, including shares held in his other companies. Not very transparent if he has not declared them before.

Shaun has stated that if no MRE is forthcoming from Newcrest, then he will consider producing our own, but will confer with Newcrest before publishing it.

My concern is if Newcrest decide to publish one, but it falls short of what GGP were expecting. Where would that leave Shaun?

He could do our own, but what would that say to the market?

You would expect jv partners to confer all the time, over such matters, but from Shaun’s words, it would appear they do not.

Yes the shareholding numbers are on their website under AIM 26, but I am trying to establish whether the shares transferred from the directors company were included in his personal holdings. The rns last night seems to suggest that as there is no change in holdings, however could the director have been selling and replacing them with shares from his company? I’m just curious and will continue looking.

Who has been selling big chunks this week?

Do our directors share holdings include shares owned by them but in a different company vehicle?

I am trawling through the past few years rns to try to establish if they are included, but nothing as yet.

The full yearly results for this year or 2022, also don’t show the directors share holdings or any options they may hold. It’s not very transparent!

The original plan was to mine the high grade ore from the main breccias and then use the finance from profits there, to explore and develop the enlarged south east breccia and other areas. This plan was developed to get the mine up and running and to use the profits instead of increasing equity.

Whilst I can understand that the mine is evolving, it appears that the j/v partners keep deferring the Feasability study for one thing after another and in the process putting additional strains on GGP to obtain further funding by issuing shares.

We have the finance to develop the original plan and should stick to that, with a view to expansion of the orebody when necessary. We shouldn’t need an equity raise when we have the cross listing on the ASX.

Agreed and the positive thing is we should only be paying 30% of the costs until a decision to keep it is made.

It has come at the wrong time in our respect, but I am hoping we have a better relationship with Newmont than we have with Newcrest. Time will tell.

Anyway we have the Rio j/v to be going at, for now.

(Just as well we have a good relationship with the Martu , compared with Rio’s relationship with them.)

Another reason why GGP was the j/v partner?

That’s the logical answer, but does that mean Newmont haven’t made up their mind as to whether they will keep it or sell it on?

Marty, you could be correct, but I’m wondering if they could reverse the role so to speak and this company become the holding company for GGP in Australia.

I don’t have the knowledge or experience to know if that could be achieved.
