Right of First Refusal: If Greatland receives a bona fide offer from a third party purchaser to farm-in or otherwise acquire all or part of its right, title and interest in the Remainder Tenements, the Company must first make an offer on the same terms to Newcrest. The right of first refusal will only apply and be binding on the parties (a) in respect of any area of Tenement E45/4701, during the Farm-In Period and for the term of the Joint Venture Agreement; and (b) in respect of Tenements E45/4512 and E45/4928, for the duration of the Farm-In Period.

Whether this part still applies, I’m not sure.

Culpepper I think in general terms you are correct. However I think I am right in saying that within 30 days of a Feasability study being completed, a vote on a decision to mine should take place. Any dissenting partner in that vote, allows the other party the right to buy the others share at fair market value.

What is fair market value? 16 million for 5% in Newcrests opinion. 60 million was it for the same amount from Greatland! Granted that was using old figures lol.

F l y n n gold shares are priced at 7.6 cents, yet the shares we received were given a value of 10 cents. A 30% premium!

Let’s hope that we get the same consideration if we try and but Havieron and Telfer using shares. ;0)

Could we see the possible fund raise by the Institutions, give us the necessary weighting to increase bank finance, for a bid for Telfer and Havieron?

Whatever happens we are on for a great few months.

Apologies, one final point.

When we list on the ASX, the Aussie Institutions can buy in the market, but the money they pay for them goes to the previous holders. Shares bought in a share issue goes to the company. Please bear that in mind.

My only request. Please don’t issue warrants as well, 7nless they are at multiples to the current sp.

Toffers, I don’t disagree with most of what you say. ( By the way, the board proposed pre-emotive rights to issue more shares at the AGM, which was carried. I have forgotten how many though).

All I was saying earlier was that we don’t seem to be able to push through the 8p barrier and wondered if the market felt that could be the price for any new shares. Personally I would like to see them a lot higher, but you have to keep the institutions on board, I’m afraid to say.

Ace, we know with this share that supply and demand don’t work. I’m sure the Aussie institutions will be accommodated in Amy case to get them on board. Just being realistic and hopefully any potential fund raise will be accretive.

James, where will the Aussie institutions get their shares from if not through a placing? They won’t get all they want buying in the open market.

We can’t seem to get above 8p and stay there. Does the market think this will be the price for the next fund raise?

Wouldn’t surprise me if Simply Wall Street subscribers have been shorting this.

Bamps if I may ask you a speculative question or two about Ernest Giles please.

1) With activity from other companies around the Ernest Giles tenement, do you consider It of interest to Newmont?

2) if so, would Newmont consider it as an asset for the future, more so than Havieron and Telfer?

3) Shaun has indicated his interest in EG over the past twelve months or so, but has been quiet of late about it. Do you think he could get a better deal from Newmont, for Havieron/Telfer Juri j/v’s if he sold EG as part of the deal and would you see that as a good thing?

4) This is the difficult one (apologies), what value could EG, have on such a sale as described in 3 above.

IF the Google trades are correct, is that at least 2.2 million shares sold this week, which are not accounted for?

Assuming it is SG selling, then he has about 5 million left.

All assumptions, I know, but, maybe if current selling is correct, he could be clear in a week or two.
