When you are making suggestions such as you have, why not try and consider how much Alfa has shared and how much you personally might have benefitted from that info, given how little you yourself share for the benefit of others. No one is right 100% of the time.

The valuation gap is growing because Duferco have been selling to recoup some of their capital at a near 50% profit (great short term business for them), and this has meant the SP has moved in the opposite way of vanadium prices.

It's a necessary evil linked to finalising the deal and will correct - potentially pretty soon given the volume to absorb these shares has been pretty steady. This is the perfect example of why sometimes the longer you are suppressed the bigger the re-rate ends up being because every day at these prices our fundamentals are strengthening and FCF is building.

It is literally Erongo all over again. Duferco couldn't care less about supporting Bushveld. This is ultimately a business transaction and comes down to money. Investors here have seen this exact situation before and should know what comes next. If you consider what is happening at Vametco in Q1, Eskom timelines and a rising price this could actually all dovetail together very nicely.

There aren't many nailed on rises on AIM. This next one is about as close as it gets.

And if you were Fortune, knowing all this was happening - you'd definitely be building towards newsflow when the selling finished..

One of the key signs of an Aim lifestyle company is an over-reliance on meaningless RNS'. It's definitely about a balance but we shouldn't want RNS' for the sake of it.

I do think people should perhaps credit Fortune with a little more strategic acumen. If we aren't firing out RNS' then it is for a reason. We know Eskom is still in a closed tender period and we know that there are transactional machinations going on. We also know work is being done on the market positioning, alongside consideration of our future listings. We know the expansion programme is back underway and we know from Mikhail that there are real project opportunities developing. SA itself is going through big changes regarding generation which will unlock these projects and also wants to be seen to support domestic manufacture and industry. We also know that creates a delicate balancing act between rewarding investors and building the SA face of the BMN story in parallel. We also know the market is hungry to see the 'Green' story delivered properly. Newsflow has probably never needed to be so carefully considered as it does at the moment.

Personally I believe all of these threads, along with items such as progress on plans for Mokopane and Lemur will all come together into a more effective deployment. Clearly the business is hitting key junctures which have taken time to come to fruition.

And there are most certainly buyers. Have a look at the list of funds holding BMN and who has been buying lately.

You really don't have to just think long term at all to see very strong returns. I strongly disagree with that outlook.

Firstly in the very short term we are demonstrably undervalued against banked V price rises.

Secondly, if V prices keep going up to $45 BMN is a cash monster, hits the sweet spot for FCF and VRFB and will be getting towards numbers comparable with 2018 - This would mean a further very substantial rerate in a pretty short timeframe.

Thrirdly, we should then be capable of approaching 6000MTV by next year - and with some momentum in our newsflow and prices holding at decent levels this year, combined with all the progress that has been made, we will be an entirely different proposition again SP wise.

People would do well to remember BMN is a different animal to 2018. And that progress has never been recognised in an appreciating market.

Rising prices will change all that.

I have been fortunate to work with him on bits for TBP and get to know him reasonably well over the last few years. He is honest and has integrity that runs very deep.

He deserves people's respect and thanks. Most people who love a sly dig at long term holders are those who add nothing, yet always benefit from the research and opinion shared here, they come and go - ramping when they are in and trolling when they are out. Most of us LTH's just do not operate like that.

I feel that Bushveld as a company are lucky to have him as a shareholder and everyone here is lucky that he shares his knowledge.

There will be some duplication between Vametco and Vanchem, and from an operational perspective Bushveld is bringing together acquisitions that need to grow into a clear, structured singular entity not just operating almost as separate businesses under a group umbrella. That will bring cost savings and better efficiency and will be more important as interconnectivity between locations (ELIDZ, Vanchem, Vametco) is leveraged and Mokopane comes into play.

Bushveld may be using that opportunity to also tackle the listing question and present a more streamlined offer to the market, given the hints to this effect already known and the obvious appetite for the green energy/recyclable vanadium story to be presented to the market.

This also ties in with BelCo being brought into the vanadium platform, the impending updates on Enerox and vertical integration being the fulcrum for how the business message evolves and is refined. That all this happening alongside the Eskom award process is also impossible to ignore. All elements considered together makes the business start to look like a very rounded, joined up business offering...

It has crossed my mind that Bushveld Minerals may ultimately become just 'Bushveld' (A group). None of the major players out there feel the need to spell out their entire offer in their name and bringing all the threads together with real clarity under one simple moniker would negate the need for Minerals, which arguably smothers the energy angle.

We'll soon see.

Mogwhy - agreed. It is in Fortune's gift to get us there. As you say, it all comes down to vanadium prices, beating production targets, impactful newsflow, VRFB progress and notable material events. We have never seen our progress recognised in the context of dramatically rising prices and the year is shaping up to deliver just that. I have no doubt that £1+ is exactly where we will end up. It also needs the BoD to actually leverage sentiment effectively and use Comms and RNS to push us on.

Remember China also puts a 13% tariff on imported vanadium products - so as the EU and US are trading almost on parity from the last reported figures, you can be pretty confident the next move up will be a Chinese one. And that will be towards $37-8.

We may be about to see what happens when Bushveld gets recognition for all of its progress and expanded capacity in a rising vanadium price environment. This has literally been years in the making. Many commodities have already risen, squeezing valuations but BMN's move is just beginning to play out.

I anticipate Bushveld's material newsflow will also ramp up soon to leverage this bullish market, which should compound the situation.

Look at the price the director got. He could equally have sold for more at an earlier date. These were sells that were absolutely driven by necessity, not strategy or timing. Over analysing them is a waste of time.

The share sale is insignificant. What isn't insignificant is that production is at its highest capacity ever and is planned to grow through the year, in a rising price environment that is already at two year highs and continuing to see prices in all jurisdictions move up. Vanchem is funded for its upcoming refurbishment project and improvements at Vametco are underway. Our production could be double what it was in 2018 by next year with the electrolyte plant up and running, in an environment where the energy transition is accelerating and pressure is on the world's economies to rebuild. This share has never seen the recognition of its progress in a rising price environment. That prospect alone should be exciting investors new and old.

The share price is 16.8p. I don't believe it will be for long. One thing BMN definitely does very well is rise when vanadium prices really get going, which they are starting to. Most of AIM now knows that. The big moves never happen as one might expect, there are always overhangs and transactional forces, and investors have to navigate these events, but it happens.

The material newsflow for the year hasn't even started and there are plenty of signs that much is happening behind the scenes. There is a great story unfolding this year just from production and pricing, let alone all the facets of the VRFB opportunity. And now there is also more and more cash in the bank.

Whoever this large seller is, they really have terrible judgement of when to sell, regardless of their reasons.

A seller or two simply should not obstruct progress when it is this obvious. It's such a poor reflection on this market.

People are always their most frustrated when these valuation gaps appear and at the end of retraces. It's why so many get stung selling in frustration.

All these shares are going somewhere. And very probably a great deal are going into the MMs pot to prepare for the next move up.

Daisy, you may find that you are doing the BoD a dis-service here. I think they have a very clear plan for growing the SP this year that has a longer view than just the first few months. The under-promise and over-deliver approach is the key. It is a deliberate plan by the BoD - and the only reason they would do that is to grow the share price. There have been lowered targets for this reason, we haven't shouted about bidding for Eskom for the same reasons. I think you will see a year characterised by beating targets and faster than expected production growth, interspersed with significant news drops, that have been far less heralded than in previous years.

They are obviously aware of the sellers and probably knew the first part of the year might suffer because of it. I doubt they have been a surprise if they are linked to recent transactions. Look past that to what happens when the seller clears and the above starts to kick in.
