I’m thinking: another one of those sp rises (though smaller ) as/when parliament reconvenes in ??? - as speculation takes hold on “this being the session for ratification” and then a sinking back down as realisation sets in that nothing is happening. And then before we know it, it’ll be the next recess.

Or perhaps momentum is building that they just need to ratify the goddamn thing so that some money can be made before forecast lithium (demand in late 2026/17) is superseded by a “better” technology…
