Sorry it didn’t work out for you guys but Stroll is taking the p***ss with these dilutions. He’s public enemy number 1 in my eyes and was my reason for leaving. Love hate relationship for me love that someone has taken on AML but hate the way he treats us PIs like something on the bottom of his shoe. If any of you are feeling a tad sorry for yourself check out AA ffs ha ha oh I’m now invested in Saga aswell so that’s doomed.

A) Shares BEFORE Dilution.
1,122,003,328

B) 5 for every 9 Open Offer
623,335,182

C) Sir Roger Firm Placing.
348,583,026

D) Total New Shares
B + C = 971,918,208

E) Total Shares after Placing.
A + D = 2,093,921,536

Sir Rogers Firm Placing was completely New Shares and are 16.6% of the total Shares after Placing so everyone is diluted by this regardless of how much the Company is worth at any given time.
The Company hasn’t increased in value by the £60M he paid for them because it was diluted by a further 348M shares!

BAD first.
What did I say a few weeks ago? I knew the sneaky bar steward was going to do another dilution and what’s even worse BAD news is that I’m not invested.
GOOD news is that this share is now going to FLY!

You are not going to like what I’m going to say but Selecta will vouch for me I’m a good guy!

The Mcap was averaging around £160M for the couple of months prior to the Dilution.

At the new £1.80 the Mcap was £250M which the Market clearly considered too high and is walking it down IMO back to what it was before the RI which is around the £1.20 - £1.30 mark which I think is the bottom.

Not true I’m afraid.
Every single person has been diluted by 17% if they took their full allocation of shares issued and considerably more (60+%) if not.
This is because “Sir Rogers” Firm Placing of 348,583,026 (almost 350Million) shares are new.
Try not to shoot the messenger guys I’m on your side but all of this has been hidden intentionally by the clever City people!

I do tend to get bogged down on the past sometimes it just frustrates me when I see messages stating you simply divide the current share price by 15 to get the old as if the share dilution of an additional 900M shares never took place!! Increased my holding again today.

All good news of course but the £740M is now £36M.

My plan is to tune the table to get an accurate (as i can) representation of what has happened with this complicated RIghts Issue and I can only do that with your help so really appreciate your input.
Got to be honest in saying that I am still convinced the table is accurate now but I have been wrong so many times in the past my money is on you guys! Lol

Hi Batfasted I completely understand why everybody is wanting to include the £140M directly into the share prices but my argument is that the City have already done this! Look at the Market Cap today and Compare it to the Mcap directly before the dilution. It’s about £50M difference!!

The figures in Column A are today’s share price and are calculated using the actual Mcap and number of shares both which I have no control over.
Remember Column A and B are today’s share price. The only difference is that one is divided by 15.
It’s ridiculous when people say to get the old share price you simply divide the existing share price by 15. That’s pretending that the dilution of almost an additional 900 Million shares never took place!

Hi Rogue thanks for the reply. The last time the share price doubled my 12p was 6 Months ago when it was 25p (first week in June) since then though (using the Lse share table) it averaged between 14 and 16p? That is a maximum of 179.5M Mcap.

Everybody has to accept that the City has already factored in the money raised from the RI in the share price and move on. The very fact that the Mcap is now significantly higher than what it was before the raise tells us that. Let me prove this.

At just below the current share price of £1.45 (9.6p) the old price was 18p ha ha I know nobody is going to like that but it is a fact!

Remember that since Covid the share price has languished around 12p which the table tells us is
£134.6M.

So we can see that the current Mcap of just over £201.9M is significantly higher than this (as expected because of the money raised)
All if this is IMHO of course!
and there is more......

Zahirm I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume your not a teenager taking the pi**.
Ramping a share is just as bad as shorting and deramping.
These discussion boards are only as good as the people who are making the effort to join in and try and have an adult conversation and daft 1 liner posts spoil it for everybody and make the poster look thick which I’m sure you are not.

Take a few minutes to look at the table I posted below. We can argue that some of the figures are not accurate because i purposely haven’t included the £150M BUT some of the figures are extremely accurate like for example the old price of 33p you pay reference to.
Although I haven’t included that exact price I have included either side.

257p 17.1p 32p £359.0M
273p 18.2p 34p £381.5M

So the old 33p Offer Price was in between 257p and 273p at today’s price.

Good morning everybody. Can’t emphasise enough that this is for my research that I am kindly sharing! All a bit rushed last night but I am going to add more rows around the current share price and also ones for higher prices that we hope for.
Haven’t decided yet but I could add an extra column that would include the £140M (150-10) raised but you can’t just simply add it all to the share price.

In summary, if you are going to do a comparison between “old money” and “new money” then you have to compare column B with Column C.
A lot of people are simply dividing the current share price by 15 to compare against the old price, pretending the massive dilution (almost twice as many shares) has not taken place?
