The worst thing about this placing is that we only have another 6 weeks of funding at that amount.

so everybody is going to now start predicting the next raising at 0.375p

£1.15 million lasted 3 months

£0.5 million before costs will last one month, and that is all they could raise. Hold on to your hats guys, it's a wild ride down.

Well, Neither positive or negative, all trials are accepted for peer review and we had already been told it was going to be peer reviewed.

We will have to wait until it is published to see if it is a positive review or a negative review.

Does it really matter any more ?

Of course, that figure will continue to drop exponentially with each and every lower cash raising.

A useful support level to use would be the all time low £2million market cap we hit 12 months ago.

That level would now be 0.376p and should act as a decent support.

Fun fact - If Val hadn't done the two consolidations then there would be 113 BILLION shares in issue at a price of 0.00001p

I have always said, the Australian markets have got it spot on.

Whenever a company first approaches any broker for a placing in any form, then the shares by law are suspended until the conclusion of the placing which eliminates any forward selling and manipulation.

They need to do that in the UK.

max19 - There is usually a 7-14 day time frame between sending out the feelers to the brokers, then settling on a price, forward selling as many as possible and then announcing to the market.

Guilders, exactly. They drop the price when they are told about the placing and then raise the price into the forward selling and then drop again on the announcement.

I hate to say it, but these sort of moves on next to no volume to me indicate that they are trying very hard to get a cash raising under way.

isleworth - as I have stated many times, I first invested in 2010 and have been in and out more times than you have posted childish statements.

There is no such thing as a successful buy and hold AIM investor. It's all about judging your timing and re-evaluating the performance and behaviour of the company on an on going basis.

if you cant figure out when a placing is due, then thats down to you.
