to post otherwise would just be deflecting from the fact that the shareholders have been left in the dark and pennyless.

There is no evidence or even inference that they were in a closed period when they last awarded themselves some discounted shares, Honestly I don't know where you are imagining all this dribble from. Stick with the FACTS

isleworth - I clearly stated that the trade was from yesterday, and I posted earlier that trades can be delayed by a few days and I clearly posted on the day that the fluff RNS released last week was designed to raise the shareprice to help get the placing away.

It didn't work as the majority realised what was going on and after some poor mug bought shares at 1.7p it then crashed right back down and down and down and down as the mm's realised they failed. and here we sit at 50% down from the high just a few short days ago.

Dracula - if you are going to post things like that you really need to provide dates and FACTS

I can tell you a real FACT. The last time the directors bought any shares was 2nd march 2017 in a discounted placing for 10k each at a price of 2.5p.

so, two things to take away from that

1. there were no deals any where close either side to those director dealing and i litterally mean NO deals !

2. at 2.5p they have lost a huge amount on their 3 weeks worth of wages buys , so the lesson is -Don't follow the BOD and put your 3 weeks wages in or it will be worth zip !

iseleworth - come on lad i didn't say it was last week i said it was delayed (from yesterday) if you bothered to check.

oil beast - did you note the date and time of the trade ?

Adamh90 - and how did those test kits work out and how much did we end up losing ?

adamh90 - one of my favourite Val stuff ups was back in around 2013 when they did an 'impressive deal' and sold one of their platforms to Volition for £800k.

The BOD made a huge deal out of it but forgot to mention the fact that they had spent around £2m on it !

So after they sold it to volition for £800k at a huge loss, Volition then went on and listed at around £3 million.

Thats the sort of deal makers WE are dealing with !

Adamh90 - Valirx has loads of subsidiaries like that, most are shells and most lose money, take a look at valimedix for example or take a look at all the others. it's a red herring.

Ratcliffewriter - If a deal or JV is signed in the near future then then the BOD and the broker and the NOAMAD will be leaving themselves open to being sued from every single investor and possibly anyone that has owned any shares since they announced that they were in 'discussions'

As they have just bought shares yesterday that would be classed as insider dealing and they would have to prove that any conversations on any deal didn't start until today (which would go against everything the company has told us so far)

All in my honest opinion !

chelsea7 - only managed to read back a couple of pages, I wansn't sure exactly which point you were asking me to comment on as there were a few separate issues mentioned ?

Valju - sorry just back home from my sons nativity play. I noticed you mentioned you were putting me on filter ?

Can I ask which of the FACTS I have presented that you disagree with, or is it that you just disagree with hearing any FACTS.

If you continue to filter all opposing views you will end up finding yourself in an echo chamber only hearing your own misguided views.

My biggest concern for the shareprice is that xmas/New year and January are historically very low volume periods

So it may take another 4 weeks to clear the remaining placing stock if volumes stay low.

The biggest problem with that is that the markets and everyone and their dog knows that this placing only covers the next 4-6 weeks of funding, and as soon as the current placing stock overhang is cleared, we then head straight into the next placing which could decimate the share price.

No worries freddy - although with the caveat that the mm's have up to 3 days to declare delayed trades so there could be a 10% plus or minus to that figure.

The BOD bought 10k each in a placing on the 2nd March 2017 at a price of 2.5p. (current price 0.75p)

The BOD have only ever bought shares in discounted placings and they are extremely down on there own small holdings the same as everyone else, so even they can't time it right. They are used solely to try and instill some misplaced confidence in a spiraling share price.
