There is no such thing as a successful buy and hold AIM investor. It's all about judging your timing and re-evaluating the performance and behaviour of the company on an on going basis.

if you cant figure out when a placing is due, then thats down to you.

Just because you can't make any money trading stocks, doesn't mean no one else can.

Thanks Isleworth, as I said I want this to succeed, however it has been quite a while since I had any meaningful amounts in here, and I would like to put in more IF and ONLY IF the BOD can clarify some glaring anomalies with the trial results.

If and when they are resolved ( and I will continue to follow this carefully until) then I may reconsider.

Regarding your second point on the EGM I will re-iterate that I have never ever called for one or even commented on it, so your facts are again misinformed.

It's such a shame that it has come to the point of a couple of the serial rampers accusing the long term investors (8 years + ) of not knowing what the heck is going on with this company.

The BOD could sort this out in one Simple RNS tomorrow morning if they really wanted to. All we want to know is the real and actual figures for the trials for the last few years, An authentic peer review (not one from a mate that has been paid for), An actual real update on the progress (or lack of) any mystic partnering deals. and to sum it all up, an honest strategic review of the company.

It's about time the company were honest with their owners in my opinion !

Can you please direct us to where it is stated that it has been paid on cash as it is not listed as that in the accounts.

It is listed under assets, not cash, as it should be if we are able to be used at some point in the indeterminable future.

Could you please stop posting your assumptions as if they are facts, as you will get pulled up every time.

Groucho - If you had bothered to read the posts properly we all know the company received the tax credits in Sep.

That is not the issue. The issue is if it is a credit against future tax bills. and as the company has not and is not forecasted to turn a profit for the foreseeable future, then they are next to useless for the time being.

Jonjo - A valid point i suppose. The credit would only cover 6 - 9 weeks of company expenditure.

Borgie - your arrogance and ignorance is admirable. However the 'tax credits' we are talking about is a relief available from HMRC known as research and development tax credits.

R&D Tax Credits are a tax incentive from the UK Government designed to encourage companies to invest in R&D. The scheme has been around since 2000 Only Limited Companies qualify for R&D tax relief and can reduce your tax bill.

Valju - Val don't pay any tax as they are a loss making business (from memory about £4.5 million loss last year)

Valju - I was fairly sure the tax credits are only able to be offset against future profits.

As we are not making any profit, then they are put to one side and only available as 'credits' towards future years tax bills.

Adam- exactly, remember the infamous 'Data lock' . That finished years ago, and we are still yet to see the data.
