Just to add to my last post, that is all in my own opinion and just the impression i had and in no way am I suggesting that any of the parties involved did anything wrong while the shareprice was collapsing and at the same time advising others that everything was rosy.

badshah - 100% agreed that was one hell of a smoke and mirrors pump and dump and in my opinion it came across as if VAL were complicit in it. In no way am I saying that VAL broke numerous laws but to me that's the impression that came out of that fiasco !

Valju - well done, it's about time someone took the initiative and although I don't currently hold any shares i applaud your initiative and it sounds like you will get the required numbers by tomorrow !

As the company is , in it's current format I believe it is uninvestable but if you can get the required numbers as it looks like you will and get one (possibly two) removed from the BOD and fire a serious waning shot accross their bow and bring some fresh blood in, then I would be more than happy to invest a serious chunk of money in here again.

I know, it's basically the same as the last placing with the free warrants chucked in on top as a sweetener. So will only last 6-8 weeks

Clumpet - £500k is gross proceeds. After fees it will be between £430k and £450k net proceeds

Look where we are now and what consolidation does to a shareprice.

When you take into account the consolidations and the constant cash raisings, the IPO price would now equate to £23.75

To me this confirms that there is no deal or talks have been terminated as all the company had to do to raise more at a higher price was to release an RNS saying that talks are going well, or even continuing.

But they couldn't even do that. So it is no deal on the horizon or if it is then it is the same company as before (Mystic) Which offers no cash up front no sales and just a hint of any (possible) future profits in third world countries if it ever gets approved.

Shocking to see that as 'PART' of the brokers fee is £50k warrants that have no time limits and set at the placing price so they can start selling them immediately

I'm guessing the other 'part of the fee' is £50k cash so a nice £100k or 20% of the placing.

There is nothing wrong with a ramp as long as it is factual. I think we have all been guilty of that at some point.

What I take exception to is the blatant lies and misinformation that is posted over there.
