Please, please, please tell me you are joking. First of all your figures are wrong and secondly and more importantly - that is EXACTLY what it is.

If your level of understanding on how these things work is as basic as this then I'm not sure you should be the person in charge of calling an EGM and holding the company to account, they will simply walk all over you and bamboozle you with fancy words.

Valju - do you not see the irony that you are asking everyone to back you up with their shares to get some transparency out of the company, and you, yourself are withholding crucial information that deserves to be in the public domain.

You have repeatedly told us that you are in posession of screenshots from the val WhatsApp group that has detrimental information about the company and if Freddy doesn’t calm down then you will post it on twitter for all to see.

Firstly, as none of the WhatsApp group have been made ‘insiders to the company’ and are able to freely trade on that information, do you not think that it is legally in the interest of the company that a select few in a whatsapp group are not trading withe an advantage.

Again Freddy has been goading you and said

Why not return the favour and share the information that you have about val that he is so worried might come out ?

As I mentioned earlier, I applaud the work you are putting in and I hope you succeed.

You keep mentioning the ‘interfering busy bodies ‘ and others that don’t want you to succeed, but from what I have seen on here there are only two people that are trying to put you off. (And one of them wouldn’t surprise me if they were actually a member of the val BOD)

Everyone else seems to be in favour of it.

Well, they have said they read this board so are no doubt aware of the almost unanimous discontent of the shareholders. It is embarrassing that they have taken this long to address the mounting concerns.

Untill he repeated his infamous we are nothing but '2nd hand shareholders, and if we hadn't traded the share to make some money then we were fools.

I'm not sure of other peoples opinions on this but i'm curious as to others thoughts .

The fact that GM (A member of the Board of Directors) was a willing participant in a private, invite only, secretive group that promised not to tell others of their discussions, is in my mind a sackable offence !

If I was running any other publicly listed company then I would have no hesitation in ridding the company of the horrendous PR disaster and potential law suits that could follow.

We have already seen numerous posters claiming to have screen shots of his 'History' but as yet none of them are brave enough to come out ???

Valju - I havn't got the time or inclination to go back through your posts, however I'm hoping you might be able to answer a very simple question : when did you make your first purchase in VAL (not first look at or research) but actually put your first penny in ?

Your battle seems to be with all the people that have known this company for a very long time and know their history and what they repeatedly do to their shareholders for a heck of a lot longer time than before you even heard of this company ?

Does a leopard change it's spots ?

Does a GM give up his lifestyle company ?

Will Val101 ever go into clinical trials ?

Will Val201 ever show efficacy ?

Will 401 ever be any more than a pain killer ( palliative care as opposed to the advertised cancer treatment)

Will the company survive raising circa. £440k net in placings every 8 weeks !!

These are the questions the closed group were asking and you wonder why none of the answers were ever put on here.

These are the questions that 'Align research ' asked and after being made 'insiders' is it any wonder why they then put out a buy note then went silent and then sold the lot !

Uncanny - your timeline of drug approval looks quite impressive but is far from accurate.

You paint a picture of a nice clear path through clinical trials through to as you put it 'Drug launch'
however you fail to understand that not only does it need to pass each phase safely and show efficacy (still yet to be shown) it also has to demonstrate that it out performs the current standard of treatment - Far from plain sailing ?

Many of us long termers will remember back in 2011 when val101 was 'on the cusp of clinical trials'
here we are in 2019 and it's not even close to entering clinical trials yet.

The timelines you are quoting may be achievable by the multibillion MC companies but not at AIM level !

Uncanny, VAL is in a precarious position. If the shareholders do not give approval for more shares, then they will either de-list of call in the liquidators. If the shareholders do approve it again then you know what happens (more placings and more consolidations)

The only thing to do is to remove some (not all) of the BOD by force to show them they can't keep treating shareholders this way.

It is the only way things will change around here.

Valju - I think you are confusing the two issues.

Consolidation and the need for it have nothing to do with how many shares are in circulation.

Valirx shares have a nominal value of 0.1p and when the price gets near to that it is very difficult to get a placing away and legally impossible if it falls below 0.1p, that is why we had the last consolidation.

If and when we get to around 0.1p again there are only two options- Bankruptcy or consolidation and rinse and repeat, and all the original shareholders are left behind again.

If we had to guess it would be 'Mystic' again

Lets just pray it's a better deal than the last one which saw the price tank and a load more placings.
