well it obviously worked because in that time the shareprice has lost 99% and one of the worst performers on AIM, and not one single article from them since !

I must admit that I am constantly amazed how all these big 'buys' on this share can cause the price to constantly plummet into free fall.

Uncanny - everyone loves a bit of a ramp, but you need to keep it factual. Lets set your post straight :

4 compunds:

1. 101 is early days but could potentially be enormous

(first announced in 2007 and every year since has been pronised to go into trials soon)

2. 201 is working

(the official RNS states that it is safe and tolerable and showing early signs of possibly working but not enough to move onto the next phase)

3. 301 has seen a 50% decline in legion growths

(in pre-clinical models and has yet to be approved for use in humans)

4. 401 ready to be commercialised

(clearly not true, 401 is ready to be moved on to the next phase (as still yet to be applied for and approved) of testing and is years away from commercalisation)

Pre market is the same price it was yesterday morning 0.5-0.6

Geecee3 - What you 'want' and what you 'get' are usually very far apart in the business world.

Well, it looks like the news is finally going in the right direction. Although as mentioned in the RNS there is not a 'deal' just a potential co-financing arrangement for the next phase of the trial which is still yet to be agreed.

Stach - i'm not sure you understand how consolidation works, or why it has been a necessity for VAL in the past.

VAL has no choice in the mater, if the shares fall below their nominal par value (0.1p) then it is legally impossible to raise more cash, so they either consolidate or go bust.

It really is that simple.
