woody - yes you are reading correctly.
we are currently down 30% from from the 'buy in price' so we would owe them £300,000.00 + £150,000.00 break fee + £278,000.00 setup fee
if the price drops to 0.3 then we would owe them £500,000.00 + £150,000.00 break fee + £278,000.00 setup fee
if the price drops to 0.2 then we would owe them £700,000.00 + £150,000.00 break fee + £278,000.00 setup fee.
And so on, and so on.
Also they get to keep all of the shares they have been issued from the first three tranches to sell at whatever price they want. its a win win win for our 'new investor'
