The Market cap of the company is £3.5m and any holding over 3% has to be reported (i.e £105k)

So at the moment there is only one long term holder that owns more than £105k (3%) which is peanuts for off market trades, and freddy is saying that all of the recent volume is off market trades.

Come on, who does he think he is fooling.

I've been thinking about all the work you have been putting in and how nice it is to see d=someone take 'The bull by the horns' so to speak. But I feel you are missing something.

Now you have enough pledges to proceed I think it is about time that you picked an appropriate name for the group to give a sense and feel of comradery and to make it feel somewhat more 'official'

I hope you don't mind but I have come up with a few suggestions, please feel free to use any of mine or pick your own or if anyone else feels like they could contribute, I think it could be an enjoyable excercise.

So far my suggestions are

VALSAG - Valirx shareholder action group (boring but to the point)

VALSOGGY - Valirx shareholders oppose greedy grabbing yobs (Blunt but effective)

VALPORN - Valirx protection of reluctant nominees (debateable)

VALPIG - Valirx pledgers in grief (no explaination needed)

VALSUNK - Valirx shareholders unite now kindly (playfull yet catchy)

VALSPAWN - Valirx shareholders pledge all with nimbleness (i'm just getting bored now )

valju, excellent, that's fantastic to hear. so am I right in thinking that even if there is another placing, you think you already have more than enough to proceed.

if that is the case then I sincerely hope you get the desired result and Well done for putting in the time and the effort.

I have lost count of the amount of different shares where i have read that they wanted to do the same thing, but no one would take the lead and nothing was ever attempted let alone achieved.

Valju I have to say that 80m shares is quite impressive, havn't kept up with all the posts over the last week but the last one i saw mentioned just over 40m 4 or 5 days ago, so there is clearly more disgruntled investors coming out of the woodwork. keep up the good work and don't go too lightly on the BOD and let them fob you off with some ambiguous wishy washy answers.

Have you set a minimum percentage of shares that you would feel to be sufficient to proceed with enough comfortable headroom on top just in case ?

With all due respect you posted two placings ago (16 weeks ago) the same thing, and said we were fully funded and that if they did another placing you would be apologising and more critical, and I was just a 'paid de-ramper' .

They then went and did a cash raise, and not even a mention of an apology or a change of tune from you, You just said it was to help oil the 'deal', and then when you were told that it would only last 6-8 weeks, you lost the plot telling everyone we were 'funded until the Autumn' well as we now know, it did only last 8 weeks - and now you are saying :
