Do they. I can see trials and initial results for convalescent plasma - a proven therapeutic approach. I'm not aware affirmers have even been tested in animal models of covid.

What is the Pharmacokenetics - presuming its a bolus rather than an infusion but is it hepatic or renal clearance.

Is the affimer distributed to all body compartments or is it possible for the virus to "hide"

Does the affimer interact with other proteins within body - how much is enough, how much is too much

So my understanding is the supply chain looks like Avacta source completed tests kits and deliver them to BooHoo warehouse. Boohoo receive orders from their website, stick a test in an envelope and post.

Logistically a big excercise but limited sophistication. I think its the online marketing skills that they are here for.

How much cash would you need to take an untried therapeutic agent into development including press clinical in primates, extensive first in man trials and phase 3 in a variety of clinical scenarios.

I'm thinking this is because they have approached affirmers has a lab product to provide to others to develop up until about 18 months ago. Since then have signed numerous deals in significant therapeutic space.

They have had some success inna couple of diagnostics but not to the point of commercialisation. This is why price is < £2 (plus their mates knew about placing) so the risks you describe are valid but possible built in to price.

Not sure an over subscription shows it works.
