If submit to UK journal then I'd expect it to be treated fairly since some KOLs involved. Peer review will be peer reviewed in this case so it will be scrutinised.

Confidence intervals look good and given the low numbers is reassuring.

I'm assuming it will get published quickly albeit with the standard more trials needed - I expect these will be around the patients who would benefit most, combination with other products and dosing schedules.
