Actually I have one question. When they do the IPO we all get shares in the new company. If they also raise funds for this company at same time, new investors would theoretically be able to buy at that valuation - possibly even at a discount. The company will need some working capital especially if they are going it alone across Europe and through States. Therefore we might see significant dilution and I'd prefer that not to be on a valuation of something I think we all believe is worth more than $200M

I'm worried I'm being a bit thick. The other options would be to sell it another, more established company for which it should be worth more than $200M ? If it IPO at $200 wouldn't it just go to straight what the market thinks its worth?

I'm aware of how disease affects patients and seriously hope that treatments are both brilliant and available. If you consider the availability of biologics in this space and others then use is often curtailed because of costs despite them being better drugs. NHS Commissioning along with NICE will run the numbers - 40mg pred does have significant side effects. Despite that it is currently the go to treatment because a) it works b) its cheap. I think it outsells biologics despite the later maybe being better tolerated. With 80%+ remission rates on steroids the phase III study may well be 5asa + pred vs 5asa + tiz.
Running those results through health economics may not help.
