That would give 1300 cases per day in US/Europe.

120 x £750 = £900,000 revenue per day.. Call it £1M

Given prevelance will come and go but heading into winter then revenues of £1-£2B.

So I bought my third lot today and trying to remain balanced. I am trying to confirm my assumptions though.

The drug is used earlier in the disease than ventilated infants. What % of cases would hit criteria? UK report 1000 cases I'm thinking translates to 20 people treated but struggling.

I'm struggling to find price estimates. Currently I'm using £1500 per case but suspect that's low.

I think there are rules about continually releasing news in order to keep price up. I think they are exactly like every other company - focused on delivery not the weekly movements in their share price - they will be aware but that's it

They have told us the next developments that are expected. Most of these are in other peoples hands. The formal publication is probably being looked at with fine tooth comb and wordings that now have commercial and scientific impact being carefully agreed between authors, reviewers and publication. I expect the later will also want to write an editorial which ever way it goes - not expecting any surprises though.

Agreed. I'm too far in to buy more (because of the impact of increasing price takes it over 50%) - despite wanting too. My top was £1.87 although lowest was 16p. The wait for the box to open cannot be much longer. Whatever happens its been a ride.

I saw the stuff on the other tests and thought that will upset some. The unmet need at moment is for a test that doesn't need a machine and doesn't need trained personnel I.e. a self test.

I don't give a toss about any competitor that isn't that. If Avacta don't deliver that then the cat is dead. Until we open the box though we just don't know and pontificating from high up on a donkey doesn't help. I am gutted my shares are worth less today than Friday but wasn't long ago £1.30 was a target.
