But MMs could just drop the price if they wanted to stop people selling to get it to a price.

I can see that perhaps they stock up in to the close in case there is a RNS next day and they need to reduce holding - but again just drop price. Maybe I just worked it out.

Wouldn't an inability to sell reduce supply and therefore SP would go up if demand remained.

E25bio seem to be on the case as is a company selling in India. They might also improved accuracy over time.

Why would a MM lock out anyone from selling in the first moments - wouldn't they just reduce the opening price - apologies if that is a nieive question.

Nothing has really changed - we are still awaiting an RNS - it will either happen or it won't and the current stability in share price probably reflects the overall market perception.

I have both. Synairgin is likely to have peer reviewed journal a long time before TILs. My approach is a bit in both rather than time it. Might change if either get an RNS.

2-13k new hospitalisations per day. Assuming each patient is treated and 6000 hospitalisations the revenue is then a factor of price. I have no idea and cannot find but someone suggested 14 days at £100 but let's make things easy and say total course is £1000.

That's equates revenue per day of £6M in the US or £180M per month

When we say cheaper - how much cheaper and how does it effect margins. My experience of drug pricing is the cost of manufacture is not the important driver - transfer pricing between companies and cost effectiveness are. Just my tuppence worth.

I think this may be quite some way behind and DPIs require higher inspiratory flow. They would probably have to compare it in a large study again taking a long time - not an expert.

I had a thought in my mind that you could use systemic IFN as well - nebulization will definitely increase lung concentrations and the issue with side effects was parallels in cystic fibrosis and antibiotics (aminoglycosides such as colistin and tobramycin). Bronchoconstriction (avoidance) is a result of formulation as is airway deposition - not easy to copy.

Does the patent cover the route or the formulation - using Cf as a model they have different formulations to get around original patents.

From their last annual report which I suspect is old news.

"Hence in March 2020 the trial was paused, with 109 out of the
targeted 120 patients recruited. We have received approval
from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency
(MHRA) to run an unplanned interim analysis on the grounds
that data from 109 COPD patients with confirmed viral infection
generates useful safety, biomarker and potentially efficacy data
to support ongoing trials of SNG001 in COVID-19 patients.

We expect to have data from this interim analysis in the Summer 2020. In due course we will consider options as to how to progress SNG001 in COPD.

The asthma trial was ditched. On the company website it clearly has trials continuing in COPD. I think it is the same entity in both trials plus the drug used in covid trials. Are you sure the AZ arrangement has ceased - difficult to write a non neutral non rampy post without being derampy
