Yes, Finchale, back to 15p (could be 12p this time round though) then all in. The BOD were clearly not happy with the sp being well below 26p before and look what happened. Now we’re heading well below The playing price again but this time there’s silence from them… it’s so blatant it’s nauseating. If we get all the way down to 15p I see absolutely no reason why the BOD and secret (shhh) US ii won’t do exactly the same again. It’s worked like a charm twine now, only this time the decline has been far more rapid. Either it’ll be a rinse and repeat or the JORC update will land along with news of license transfers and back up we go. The fact that it’s all happening more quickly now suggests to me things really are moving and the next pitch north is close at hand.

The BOD wouldn’t benefit, but the secret US ii they brought on board most definitely would.

Some people have just got to wake up here, please! There are posters putting out 50 odd posts every single day spreading warmth and cheer. This is an incredibly risky stock and people need not to be so trusting in this BOD or the numerous major players involved. They’re not all angels and they want only one thing, money. If it has to be yours then so be it. Be careful is all I’m saying. Repeatedly tils we’re stuck in a trading range of 24 - 26, which then slips down by 15% and we’re nearly in the teens but the same old messages telling us to hold keep appearing. As I said yesterday, I think this will be in the teens by the end of the week so it’s now a case of just how low this can drop before the JORC update and License transfers are published and provide the next pump and dump opportunity. Just a game for the iis but life changing sums for many pis I suspect.

For those who think I may be responsible for today’s decline, I’m sorry to disappoint but I haven’t hit the sell button yet. I have a price in mind and will stick to it.

Fwiw I guess the next RNS will be to explain why there’sa delay in announcing the JORC update and license transfers. That should see the sp decline nicely for another 3 or 4 months then there’ll be a repeat of a US ii coming on board again. There will be some positive noise from the BoD, the sp will surge, all the stock will be forward sold, as I suspect was the case this time, and then there will be another holding/teasing RNS. Years to play this out.

I also don’t think the shorts are having much effect here as they amount to less than 1% off total stock held. That means there are other forces at play. My money is on Queeld and that they simply don’t bother to report any selling. They’re based in Cyprus and the FSA has no teeth or will to go after such organisations. It’s the AIM casino and the chips are down for now.

I would happily support that Bricks. Needless to say there won’t be any Director buys forthcoming, even at this whopping discount. I fear it’s all a waste of time though now. I’ve made some terrible choices over the last couple of years (ZOE, GDR, TILS, POW & and VDTK - also EUA but I did actually do fairly well there for a while) but nothing beats this pile of rubbish.

I’ve been banging on about LR and his fellow Directors being fraudsters for ages. There is nothing happening here folks I’m afraid to say. Just a lot of mortgage bills and school fees to pay for the kids of the BODs. My last £20k still here as I’ve just not been able to sell fast enough these last few weeks. Always a bad sign. Beware of posters who constantly give positive info. They’re here and have been for years, but could just as easily be the conmen themselves. I’m truly sorry for anyone who has lost money here. LR is a wide boy. And he’s fat on the fruits of our investments.

That was just a general assumption but never explicitly stated as fact by the BOD in an RNS. There were hints - never any shortage of those - but no facts. For all we know the BOD could announce the updated JORC figures and license transfers along with news of a substantial raise, owing to an asset sale now being off the table and EUA going it alone. I know I’ll get shouted down but people are being misled to think it’s all rosy and will only go one way here. It could still end badly for those wanting out soon and this scenario would mean it’s years from getting anywhere above current levels. We’re in a commodity bull run and the BOD may feel now is a great time to get more iis on board for the long term and shaft pi lths in the mean time by hitting them with a raise at a huge discount. The problem is no one really knows what the hell is going on with our BOD. They can only ever hint and suggest what might be on the table.

Weeks of days ending with massive sells certainly isn’t looking great either, in-spite of constantly being told it’s iis netting stock, middle of a bidding war, feet up replaced etc.

I’m slowly up to a dose of reality here in that the BOD have not once delivered anything specific in terms of a sale, an asset sale or a special divi. Not once. The FSP failed. Simple as. If someone really wanted EUA then this would have all been wrapped up by now. No one wants it by the looks of things and the BOD are drawing pis out to hold their stock for as long as they can.

5 weeks is not shortly and it’s not the first time our BoD has used such wording in an RNS to help draw out support from patient pis. I’m calling time on this as I’ve lost faith in this BOD being able to deliver what it repeatedly hints at…

According to LSE there has only been £644 worth of buys today, as opposed to £54k of selling. Well, even my own buys total more than £2k today and judging by the prices stated I'd say that quite a few more were buys too, so something is out of joint here. DB must be really desperate to get this on the floor.

Are we all now assuming no news of any description until Nov 11th ? That's going to be either a day of huge relief for pis or an utterly grim one. I'm quietly hoping there will be more upturn before then but not with any great sense of belief or conviction.

Could be sub 20p by the end of today at this rate.

I would not be so quick to mock any predictions of 15p. There was much derision and muck flung at those suggesting it could happen last time and yet they were proved right. As things stand this decline has been much quicker than last time. We are much, much closer to 15p than 30p and it's deja vu. BOD seem happy to have the sp at these levels unless they want some cash and in which case they line up a secret US ii to inject some cash and do a quick pump and dump. Either that or the ii knew they could forward sell confident the BOD would put out a positive RNS. I think we now have a much longer wait and the sp could sink even below 15p until such time as the BOD need some more cash and will simply put together another RNS that convinces the majority of pis to hold or even add to their investment. What ever is really going on the current state of play doesn't look good to anyone on the outside or to those already on board. Sub 20p by the end of the week now looking very likely. I even suspect the next RNS could be announcing further delays as the BOD have the perfect excuse owing to the frightening COVID numbers in Russia.

correct Lrr. Personally I'd be delighted with 78p but think we'll have to wait a while longer before we get to that level. Think the BOD have played the situation to get the mcap up and some ii finds in place and to spin it out for as long as poss before a sale lands. Clearly we're not there yet or else this would be done and dusted. The Russian authorities can move as quickly as they wish/need if there's something that's in their interests and is fo huge benefit. Think there could be much more value further down the line for those prepared to wait around a few more years but I'm of an age where I would take that profit now and be a very happy chappy. After this no more AIM for me. Have been stung by too many AIM charades these last 3 years. A success here to the tune of 78p would wipe out all those losses and leave me comfortably in the position of being able to help family and other worthwhile causes I'm committed to. GLA.

Iis bought in here heavily at the placing price of 25p. I’d be surprised if that was just punt money rather than having carried out some dd. Said iis will have been privy to at least some information out of reach of us lowly pis so for now at least, as the saying goes, I’m happy to follow the money.

One of the three things are likely in mho.
1) more bad news and there will be a concerted effort by the iis to have DB replaced.
2) more bad news followed by a lowball takeover bid. The afore mentioned iis could well be Danahar stake building
3) reasonable news on AIHL and an upturn in the sp which affords DB a stay of execution…for the time being.

What I don’t see is GDR simply withering and going bust.

It’s been woeful to date for anyone buying in over the last year or so and people just need to work out the best strategy for them on when or whether to sell up. DB certainly isn’t giving anyone any help at the moment but he can’t stay silent for much longer. News by end of October. I just hope it’s not news stating there are further delays to, well, everything.

Shortly seems to be a fair way of still what with daily volume drying up to such degrees. What ever happens now i don’t think- just my opinion- this is going to be concluded before Christmas. At this rate it could be another year away to any kind of sale but hopefully pis will have some excitement on the release of the updated JORC resource figures.

Sadly i think we are more likely to see 10p than £2. Hope I'm wrong but things really look terrible here. DB has made an absolute pig's ear of things for GDR over these last two years.

As I've said many times previously, I think GDR has been run down quite deliberately and patiently so that it can be sold for peanuts as a distressed business. Used to think it might go for about £1 or 85p but now I think there's a plan to get it down even further and then sell it for 30 or 40p. Disastrous investment. Lost a packet on GDR thanks to this dodgy dude.

Would love to be wrong but it really does look like we're going to miss another deadline for news ie end of October. Can't believe just how bad DB is but that's why I'm sceptical about the authenticity of such a woeful performance from this individual. It stinks and has got dodgy dealings written all over it. My money is on GDR being snapped up by Danaher with no warning and DB will present the offer as a 'take it or risk ending up with nothing' scenario.

nah jaffas. PW has blown it for ARB. With current btc levels we would have been at £2 per share if he'd done absolutely nothing at all. Having made all these new exciting Director appointments, sold some of ARB's btc stash when the price was mid range and invested massively in a facility ARB can never hope to make pay for itself I think we can fairly say he's not particularly good at leading this company well and certainly not into a long term prosperous future. If we can claw our way back to £1.50 I think that will do for me. Will represent a small loss for me but better than still being here in 2 years time with repeated dilution and poor BOD's judgement. Wish I'd just kept my money in btc rather than taken the 'safer' option of investing in companies that diverge into various crypto operations.

In business, as in life, sometimes keeping things simple is the best way to go. Over complicate matters and try to look clever and ahead of the game and one can easily lose sight of what it was one was trying to achieve in the first place.

Two ways of looking at those Director buys....

1 The people handling the raise insisted they all bought at a minimum % of their respective salaries

2 They were limited as to what they could purchase, respective to their salaries.

My gut says 2 actually or else some of the lower paid Director's might have walked, especially if they thought they were being asked to effectively throw money away on a company they know inside out and are complicit in deciding the company's strategy together with DB. If I knew the company was going to struggle then I wouldn't be happy putting any money into a dead duck.

Hopefully this is just a question of time. Once all the shares in the IPO have actually been churned then I think GDR sp will at least resume where it was beforehand ie around the 40p mark. Good grief, if there was actuallys ome good news released then it could even get back up to 50p but, like most here, I'm not holding my breath.

cj62 - I’m not saying EUA is a scam at all! Every point you make I agree with, with the exception of the forward selling. All I’m saying is that there is some serious shenanigans going on whilst EUA close in on their goals. That is what doesn’t surprise me. It certainly doesn’t make me relax but encourages me to believe sp movements will definitely be manipulated up and down by quite some degree. I just don’t believe the rampers who suggest this is all good and can only go in one direction. Ultimately the value of EUA will go up significantly but when is the question. Speaking of’significant’ or ‘massive’, we’ve not heard anything for a long while about a special dividend being offered up. So i guess the other issue I’m not completely convinced of is the potential sale. If all the figures being mentioned are real regarding resources then I’d be amazed if the BOD, esp in the case of DS, wouldn’t mind waiting an extra 4 or 5 years to make another billion or two…

Why would I want to sell?? I’ve made a significant profit from EUA thus far and if my strategy is right I’ll make more. If it’s wrong then I’ll just not make quite as much as I’d like. It’s now all about timing and holding one’s nerve. How low will the sp need to fall before all of the forward sold shares have been churned and mms can at least take the handbrake off? No one knows but that’s not going to be the event the US ii is waiting for: that’s the JORC RNS. I’d suggest they won’t be too greedy but set a realistic price to forward sell at. If JORC figures are really good and we rocket to 60 or 70p then my guess is they’ll forward sell at 50 - 55p to guarantee themselves 100% profit. Then the sp will one more drop by about a third and then we’re put in another holding pattern for the next phase, what ever that might be. All fascinating but it does offer up opportunities. One just needs to be cynical I guess and then make your play. Imhv another 3 or 4 weeks of silence, sp sinks to 16 or 17p and then JORC RNS and license transfers land and we rocket.
