Avoid it like the plague as it’s run by clowns. You’ll be treated to jam tomorrow and optimistic speeches that will result in nothing and a further decline in the sp. seriously think this one is going bust by Easter as LR has actually managed to drive it into the ground, which is rather ironic because that’s where the supposed value of the company was to be found.

Awful investment. Picked a few duds but this one was the worst. Stop got over 500k shares to get rid of. Suspect I’ll get nothing for them though.

70p would be a great result. People expecting more might end up being a little disappointed but even if it’s a special divi of 25p and keep your shares at an ongoing sp of 25p+ then everyone currently invested would be in profit. I’d say that would be a good outcome. Not fantastic but good.

Remains to be seen if the NYUD license transfer and subsequent JORC update have any impact on the sp if everything is released at once. The Russian state were always going to be involved in the sale of such a significant and valuable resource in their own backyard. Just hope they’re not withholding the License transfer and preventing the JORC update because EUA are currently saying no to a dual listing.

After the last few days, and having stated in an RNS over two months ago the update by WA was almost complete and would be announced shortly, I think share holders deserve a proper update now, especially after a bit of a debacle over MOEX and yesterday’s RNS.

Time for License transfer and JORC update please. Oh and a re-rate to something above 50p would be great too.

License transfer for NYUD will kick off the next phase. Until then expect the usual nonsense eg drops of 5% on very thin volume. All just a game until the BOD have what they need in their hands.

My theory, it's not much of one I know, is based on current sp. I just think it's so unlikely that today's sp would be where it is if there was even a 50/50 chance of it shooting up by 200, 300 or even 400%. I admit I'm not very experienced in this kind of situation and I'm only posting my opinions.

As for not being very good at maths, that's possibly true but with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cantab and an Honorary Doctorate from UCD in my chosen subject I smart slightly at the suggestion of being dim. I'm no pro investor that's for sure but think I ain't. Anyway, we shall all see soon enough what was going on behind those EUA walls...shortly. Hopefully.

Yep 25p if we don’t get a vote. That would be more than a premium of 100% on the current sp. that reads well. It’s not what I want but people have got to be realistic now things perhaps appear to be slipping a little out of the BODs control. No way would they have put that RNS out unless pressured by someone. I much prefer a large asset sale and be asked to vote on taking 75p per share!

Sp did well to stay strong today.

…will the asset sale constitute over 75% of the value of EUA. If it does then the BOD will have to seek approval from share holders and obviously make such a transaction pretty attractive to gain a thumbs up.

Second scenario is that it is worth less than 75% and gives the BOD the opportunity to present share holders with a fait accompli ie they tell us what is being sold and for how much and then what/if they intend to pay any out as a special divi and what they propose to keep to progress EUA2.

I obviously prefer scenario 1 as that could end up with us receiving a pretty generous sum. Scenario 2? Who knows? Maybe a special divi of 25p and we get to keep our shares. Not overly worried about listing on MoEx as it would most certainly open EUA to a huge body of iis and a fair amount of retail interest.

If only one of us knew what is going to happen. I do think the BOD are being pressured now by not just the US ii but the Rosgeo contingent. Fascinating to watch, exhausting to be invested in.

Totally agree. Rosgeo are leaning on EUA to open this up to the Russian investors and it looks as if they aren't happy for it just to be the EUA2 option made available.

Could Rosgeo be holding the licenses for NYUD back - and hence the JORC update isn't being announced - until EUA say they'll go for the dual listing? Questions, questions, questions. Ah well. It is certainly fascinating that's for sure but mercifully the sp hasn't taken too much of a battering thus far. Looks as if the mms tried to make a meal of this on the open at 8am but the sp has found pretty decent support at or about 24p. Who knows this could even end up being blue today.

I feel the EUA BOD are now under some pressure and just hope they can get any kind of deal over the line without Rosgeo, NN or other parties gatecrashing their party. Come on BOD, get a deal done.

US ii who invested at 26p wouldn't be too thrilled if we did. Unless they're now shorting EUA of course and in which case it wouldn't be the first time but at least you could be sure at some point it would flip and find itself back in the mid 20s. Personally don't think it will go that low as the last time we were around 22p the Board released an RNS pretty much stating we shouldn't be any lower than 26p. They can't pull that trick again but it would be nice to think of another rather major investor haranguing the BOD about the sp being too low rather than pis on BB.

If Keith does read this BB he must be really adept at filtering what message he passes on to the BODs, if indeed he ever does.

He has way over stretched POW's interests and now even if one project suddenly showed real promise POW would have to raise massively to make the most of it. The spin outs are where he will score and POW holders will lose out. Anything that looks vaguely like it might be worth while will be spun out and pis will be left holding POW shares which aren't in demand from anyone it seems. PJ has messed this up good and proper and the sp will just continue to decline from here to sub 1p. You heard it here first. There will be dilution and placings galore no matter what PJ says in the short term. Another one to decide either to tuck away for the bottom drawer or get out now whilst I'm only down 40%. What a waste of time. Most of the company's money has been spent on putting out needless RNSs in PJ's efforts to get the sp going in the right direction. Unfortunately for holders the wider market can see right through him.

Yes he was but I really don't think you can believe a word he says. Days or weeks, definitely not months he said. He lied of course as he was just saying what ever he can get away with to try and breathe some life back into the sp.

AIHL is now GDR's best hope of some kind of a resurrection but I'm so gobsmacked at DB's inadequacies that I think he may well even mess that up.

Yes, just one RNS would do it. But it isn't coming I'm afraid. Or at least not the one we've all been promised. Now don't think we will see a JORC update or a sale RNS. Think the BOD have blown it and will announce they are going it alone. Masses of dilution and iis will mop up. Bugger.

I really wouldn't be so sure about that. If I'd gone short on this a year ago - I never short btw as i find it morally reprehensible to deliberately seek the failure or destruction of any company that has employees dependent on it for their existence - a difference of 30% would be showing in my account. Like it or not, the shorts have had the better of EUA stock ever since the ATH of Dec 2020. That's nearly two years of them doing rather better than those who have kept hold of their 'golden tickets'. Not looking quite as golden as they did two years ago sadly.

Looks to me from the little evidence we can glean in RNSs that the BOD are really struggling to get a deal over the line. If other companies really wanted what EUA say - sorry, hint at - is in the ground then this would have been done ages ago. It's been nearly three years now. For sure the Rosgeo JV has changed their planned route but was this a bone thrown to EUA by Rosgeo because they were simply unable to bring the FSP to a successful conclusion. Highly likely imv.

The BOD are currently not creating share holder value. For those who heeded the advice often handed out (for free) on here for over the last year: 'don't sell your golden tickets', then you will be staring at a 15% + loss on your investment. Still no clear signs of what's in store - and no mac, it isn't all written in the RNSs or else the sp would be far higher than struggling even to stay above 25p - and with the recent farce of declaring the resources update was almost complete and would be announced 'shortly' the BOD are starting to look like they are floundering. No news by end of Nov and I reckon there's no sale and, as someone pointed out earlier, even if there is an updated JORC for the Rosgeo JV areas, EUA won't own those resources. EUA doesn't have anything like enough money, even with the Sino $150m fund, to get any mines into production. If I know that, then NN sure as hell will. They won't hesitate to use this knowledge to their advantage in dealings with EUA. It is starting to dawn on me that DS is playing with some seriously impressive characters and that he's got very little to carry his side of the argument other than a handful of licenses and a small producing mine at WK. For what ever reason the JORC isn't done. If it includes an update on MT then they can't withhold it from the market. That's what the market wants to see and has been waiting for for the past two months and because it still hasn't arrived mms and iis are able to take advantage with continued sp shenanigans. Now it looks like there's a problem and a sell-off has begun. This time when the sp goes below 22p I don't think the BOD will get away with another teasing RNS that has nothing specific in it. EUA look to be on very thin ice just now imv.

Advancing several transactions could easily mean they’re buying as well as selling. Could be they’re getting more than they expected for the asset sale and have decided to spend the lot on buying out all the licenses for the Rosgeo areas and getting those to production. Ultimately that would make EUA the most money and provide greatest share holders value. I still think the sp will help determine what any special divi will be should there be any kind of asset sale. At 25p even half would be a 50% premium and the BOD would be left to use the rest to get the JV areas into production. Could so easily be what Rosgeo have insisted on when they so kindly handed over quite so much to EUA for such a modest amount.

It’s still true to say no one knows of course. It’s all conjecture but as far as we know we’re not ‘executing a final contract for sale’ so I’m just providing some balance to the wild ramping.

Typical that when the price dips I can’t buy any. So bent.

Where is the JORC announcement??

It was promised in an RNS shortly over two months ago. The BOD are good at reminding investors that they keep delivering on various fronts. Time to deliver on this one specific issue now. Please

Hawk - agreed. It will be fascinating to keep an eye on the MoEx website to see if they announce a cancellation. If that happens then something is definitely afoot. Something major. No reason to withdraw if there’s an asset sale as they would still be eager to draw in new Russian iis for EUA2 and continue to raise the profile of the company and its ESG credentials and potential to join the majors.

If they really have withdrawn I’m tempted to think a very last minute deal has been done. At least that’s what I’m going to spend the weekend thinking about. New possible scenarios arising every hour at the moment so best for me to switch off until Monday.

This is probably rubbish but...maybe Rosgeo have offered the JV and all its goodies in the ground on the proviso EUA delist from the LSE and transfer lock stock and barrel to the MOEX.

Just throw that out there. Do the likes of HL hold and deal in stocks on the MOEX? I've no idea but am going to start looking into it. A dual listing would make more sense though surely rather than risk a mass sell-off here in the UK. Especially if EUA have decided any potential offers just aren't good enough and they want to go it alone. Get a shed load of new investment from Russian iis and mine the whole shebang themselves. Would take another few years but ultimately they'd make far more money. billions and billions more.
