Regarding approval for the uk Budd specifically said there was no timeframe or time line in the RNS I think…there was no mention of end of Jan so someone is making that up. What a surprise. I know many want GDR to do well but please keep comments level headed. That request applies to the ultra negative posters as well as the wild rampers.

Seems like a fair price to top up at but… can’t buy anything in HL. Useless platform. Always denies investors the best opportunities by switching to go-slow mode anytime there’s a really attractive buying/selling opportunity.

For once Expert I are with you. I think this will head back up to 40+ in another few days. Very much doubt - that means it’s just an opinion - we’ll get any news in the next couple of weeks so GDR is a playground for the pump and dump brigade for a wee while yet.

I can’t believe Budd has missed the boat for a third time. It’s the last time for me. Made up some of my losses from this past year’s disaster but enough is enough. What a joke.

People need to beware the rabid ramping brigade posting here who are simply trying to encourage any price rally into which they can inject yet another pump and dump.

there is no realistic chance GDR will have any contracts with a national govt from an EU country or indeed the UK. At best it can hope to place one or two hopefully a major name within a particular sector, which would in turn attract the attention of competitors

Not exactly sure but think as of recently the issue is roughly 2.85b shares and another 250m in warrants but please do feel free to correct that as it may well be wide of the mark.

$1b equates to roughly 26p per share, not 35p. Apols.

I agree Median. The really big gains will be for EUA.2 with dual listing. I expect a moderately generous special divi on sale of EUA.1 but suspect most of the purchase price will be kept to development going forward. If EUA.1 is sold for say $3b - $4b then perhaps they’ll pay out $1b to existing share holders. That would be about 35p per share in top of the current sp of 25p. That will give many an option to sell out at our around 55 - 60p and avoid the cgt on a special divi.
I think the BOD will get this sorted first before a restructuring and dual listing takes place and the really big money arrives for EUA.2.
Hopefully we don’t have to wait to see another Christmas before some major news is released.

...that there is some definitive break from EUA 1 having stated in the RNS there is an EUA 2. So the question is what is happening to EUA 1. Sale? If there is, then a special divi will be paid out to existing shareholders. Any thoughts on what that might be? We don't know what is being sold, to whom or for anything like how much but we know something is being lined up. Special divi? How much do people think? Some realistic and grown up suggestions would be interesting to read but if you're in the £1+ brigade then perhaps don't trouble yourselves.

Recent RNSs are definitely positive and intriguing but I'm mystified as to why the sp resolutely refuses to skip on. Honestly thought after recent comms sp would be closer to 30p rather than still in low 20s. I do still wonder if EUA are being instructed by State authorities to keep specific info under the radar to allow Russian investors a chance to get in on the action. Basically, I'm saying I think there's something big in the offing but the sp is being held low for a reason. The only reason I can think of is a dual listing coming soon for Russian investors to pile in at low prices so they benefit from the short term gain of a divi (eg 15 or 20p) and can then build significant stakes in EUA2 which is going to be around for many years and worth an awful lot of money - far, far more than it's current mcap.

If I’m honest, in the most recent RNS I found the paragraph inviting anyone interested in the POC or GDR Covid products to get in touch via email or for further information look at the website rather concerning. It made me wonder where and how else are they getting their products under the noses of potential buyers. If they have no distributor for the EU then any sales campaign is going to be piece-meal at best. One-off buyers won’t get GDR sp off the ground and back to recent highs of 80p or anywhere near last year’s high of £1.50p. It’ll take at least one major contract to have any meaningful impact. I’m a lth so don’t have much confidence in DB having this kind of situation in hand and I worry the AGM could be another opportunity for him to manage expectations in the way he does and further dent confidence and sentiment. Hope I’m wrong though. No news from the AGM and a quiet first couple of weeks in 2022 and I can see the sp slipping back down to the last placing price of 25p.

I hope there weren’t too many people who, like myself, got swept up in the recent pump and dump. Missed my opportunity to get back in profit. Greed. Should have taken the profit when it was there. Another lesson learned the hard way.

We don’t have FDA approval so this point is academic.

There isn’t going to be a deal Murzy IMO. We’ve been waiting for nearly three years now and still no one has a clue as to what’s really in the cards. All guesswork so red carefully, this is classic AIM smoke and mirrors stock. Been a fantastic rise from two years ago but struggled ever since to really hold above 30p even for a couple of weeks.

Just shows you know Jack sh.t about GDR Tiger. GDR never received approval from FDA so is not permitted to sell anything in the US. Honestly, your inane ramps are like something from a 12yr old who just isn’t very bright and has no perspective on anything in the real world. It’s embarrassing to read.

GDR is at the mercy of its CEO once again but, for those who don’t know about recent past history here, he’s not the kind of fella to come riding in on a white steed and to the rescue of share holders at the last minute.

I’m afraid I now realise GDR has been the hapless target of a well organised and brutally executed pump and dump. Only there seem to be a few fools who haven’t been told the game’s over and they’re still ramping away as if the sp was rocketing north.

Gibbo81 - we've been dropping by 10%+ on several days over just the last two weeks so yes, I can easily see this dropping a further 40% by the end of the year. With news it could go the other way of course but that's where I have no faith left in DB. He just cant' do it and is now too late for the UK. UK Govt don't help as they're in it mainly to try and help line the pockets of chums and would rather buy cheap Chinese inferior products than home-grown quality products. Looks better if they can buy in bulk. That's a problem with GDR too. They simply won't be able to scale up for any meaningful sales deal, even if there was one.
