“Game changing” RNSs. And the impact on the sp was..?

I agree with posters saying EUA is going to be massive but think it’s several years down the line. Its resources are too capable financially and strategically to Russia to simply sell off assets so I think there isn’t going to be a sale, just JV agreements and off take agreements. EUA will end up being a big player but it’s going to take years for everything to be in place, a lot of fund raises and dilution but eventually it’ll be worth multiples of 21p. The game has changed and when the BOD refer to their’strategy’ unfortunately no one knows exactly what that is. If they’re referring to increasing share holders value then yes, they are doing it but slowly and stay rather than lining up some big pay out to current share holders. Been here nearly 3 years and the never ending smoke and mirrors and lack of clarity from the BOD now make more sense to me.

I wonder how many more RNSs can be released that posters here call ‘game changing’, ‘fantastic’, ‘brilliant’ etc and yet the sp goes absolutely nowhere… does no one here really think that’s odd?

I can’t believe I’m watching this just fizzle away. This is the third time GDR looked like it has a life line for something great but it’s vanishing whilst DB just goes silent again. This guy is totally useless at running a commercial venture and he is damaging for share holders. Which utter berk used a subject heading “can’t keep this baby down”. Who ever you are, are you colour blind? Do you know the meaning of up or down? I can barely bring myself to read this BB with the number of shallow traders paying endless positive messages that are utter crap. Anything, absolutely anything just to try and eek a penny rise here and there. I’m sure there are many who have fallen for it.

Think this is heading down to the placing price of 25p again now and that news will not arrive until end of January. I’m voting against a number of resolutions at the AGM and have emailed the company to say if there was any motion proposing the removal of the CEO I would support it whole heartedly. The guy is useless and couldn’t organise the proverbial in a brewery.

Personally going to wait now until we hit 25p or lower before even thinking of buying any more.

What the heck is going on at EUA? That was an extremely odd RNS to release yesterday. I was expecting a JORC update that would start to really get the sp moving. Why release something on just one small area and only the underground mining part of that particular project AND not even include the PGMs?? This was a damp squib if ever there was one. I know there are supposedly more on the way but they didn't even use the term 'shortly' this time. Something really isn't right here and the wider market simply isn't at all convinced it's worth getting on board yet. Another week, month or two before the next RNS? Our BOD are doing a brilliant job at keeping investors waiting for that increase in share holder value. As I said, I think the sale is off altogether now and they are working on going it alone with the support of State departments in this sector.

Talk of £s is now looking really childish. News of NPV worth $1.2b - 1.7b should not result in the sp staying put. Some investors know what's going on here but I like everyone here don't have a clue. The old line that dark pools are actually accumulating but we just cant' see it simply doesn't wash. Also rather than the usual line of 'those shorts are going to be closing now...' ha ha ha turned out to be wrong too. Shorts increased yesterday.

Smoke, mirrors, games and continued secrecy on any potential sale don't make for a comfortable investment. the BOD need to come clean for once and let share holders know what's really going on and exactly where they are in terms of 'progress'.

And down we go….. no amount of ramping will counter ongoing silence from the BOD and there are just too many lths here who know DB has ‘form’ in this area. Make some noise, wind up investors, go silent for a couple of months. One tweet to a random person is not a professional means of communicating with your investing body. Not surprisingly many are now heading for the hills but they’ll be back the second there is a whiff of news next year. Don’t think we’ll hear anything before the AGM. Sorry rampers, you can whistle all you like but you’ve been proven dramatically wrong on all predictions since the moment the sp hit 80p. It was wild ramping up to that point, now it’s mindless and juvenile and should be ignored. Nothing to see here until January IMO

I’m starting to think there’s not going to be any sale. Perhaps the JORC revealed the resources are just too great for anyone to afford. Looks to me like the State has got its claws into EUA good and proper now and are taking over how EUA moves forward. No sale, no divi and dual listing on MOEX so Russian investors can get in on the fun. Bodes well but only for those prepared to hold long term IMO. Bottom drawer for another couple of years. Shortly has come and gone and clearly there’s another serious development which we’ll doubtless hear of in January. Looking for an eventual exit here at 50p but just gotta wait years. Those who tell you it’s ‘any day now’ are delusional. It’s been any day now for over two years and the BOD to this day still haven’t come up with anything specific to convince investors they’re worth far more currently than 20p per share. They simply can’t release any information. Why not? It’s not in their interests to withhold updates so there has to be another reason: the State.

I think you need to write more carefully… ‘we are on our own’. Seems pretty clear to me what you wrote implied BC are no longer involved. Just wanted to make readers aware that BC are still in place.

Ah, so the agreement with BC is still in place and GDR products are still presented on BC websites and catalogues then? In fact nothing has changed with regard to BC. Thanks for clearing that up.

Desperation setting in and I think there's no RNS on the way any time soon. What with all the other market devastation going on I wouldn't be surprised if this dips even lower than 15p. Bugger.

Personally I feel this could really launch at a moments notice. Volume is still decent and any whiff of news it'll go. Now I sound like one of the real rampers, but honestly I think it's the strongest position we've yet been in and for all DB's ineptitude in getting products placed over the last two years, there are now professional sales people working for GDR and we're still aligned with BC. Just imo I feel it's more likely to take off than lose more momentum.

Yet again our own BOD are doing all the damage here. I think they are clearly a formidable group of individuals but they're now playing with Russian State organisations and it looks to me as if they are now struggling to find a way of getting any kind of deal over the line.

Now in the teens and looks like it's heading all the way back to 15p. Nothing from the BOD. Whip everyone up into a frenzy by promising JORC update shortly and license transfers in an advanced state of approval, watch the sp surge and then go awol for a couple of months and say nothing. Not the first time this has happened so I'm not surprised. Fully expect no news before Christmas so we can look forward to lower buying opportunities with in January. Once it hits 15p I think that will be a floor even the BOD won't want the sp to sink beneath.

To be honest though, on previous occasions DB was always quick to release an RNS to subdue sentiment based surges in the sp. This time he didn't. I think too many people are focusing on GDr as a pure Covid stock where as it is close to announcing deals for AIHL with the NHS and in the EU. They even stated their revenue targets for each territory ie £10m for the UK and a further £25m for the EU. They haven't said anything about the US on this yet but that too is another play just a little further down the track.

60 - 70p for me is an eminently sensible level given what is realistically in the offing just for AIHL. With any potential for the POC/PCR gear then this should most definitely be reaching even higher than that.

No idea, but if the rot doesn't stop soon with the sp I'll be joining them.

PJ gave us loads of hype and then veered off with news of lots of IPOs. We had more RNSs than almost any company out there for a while and I get the feeling this was an attempt simply to generate some excitement and feeling that something was imminent. Got all the hall marks of a typical AIM exploration company scam. Not the first one I've fallen prey to, sadly. The other was EUZ.

Gordon 29: what on Earth was said to make you post that? I didn’t hear anything that gave me or anyone else the impression contracts were a long way off? Just looked at your posting history. Two posts on GDR (and one of those was a correction!) but plenty on NCYT….

I share some sympathy with lths’ frustrations having been here nearly two years. However, the ramping team have certainly helped contribute to the recent rise and that has got me back into profit here. There’s lots of potential here but also lots of risk so both sides of the debate carry weight. My own personal preference would be for a big pharma to swoop in and take GDR for £1.50. That way the profit is realised sooner rather than later and the risk element has gone. There might be far greater rewards going it alone but I’m afraid my experience of DB leaves me leaning towards a swifter resolution whereby his abilities in commercialising products - or lack of - are taken out of the equation.

What ever happens, I think having realised another 500k shares were launched yesterday contributed to the slight pull back, even on sentiment alone this can go higher, maybe back to 75p without further news.
