I have over 2m shares here so I'll allow myself the privilege to be a bit of an a) emotional investor and b) swing back hither and thither depending on the comms released and the deeds we see performed by the BOD. If this comes good it will be life changing for myself and family so I have a lot at stake. Being told to put my feet up and relax by someone who states certain facts that are anything but fact, and are posting here every day of the week all hours gets my nerves jarring somewhat.

What I hope is going on cj62 is that the BOD have now been approached by one entity who have seen the JORC figures, know the licenses are about to be transferred and have now expressed a desire to buy EUA lock, stock and barrel. Guess work, no more, no less.

My concern is that if there is a substantial asset sale in the offing then share holders should buy now have been informed of an offer. The final’execution of contracts’ would not go ahead if it hasn’t yet been voted on, unless it’s now only a very small asset sale and no longer constitutes ‘substantially all of the assets’. The problem is I don’t know what’s going on so can’t tell you in any single post. No one here really knows what’s going on and the longer the cloak and dagger stuff goes on the less Confident I feel of a positive outcome.

I was really expecting the JORC update today after a week of Russian holidays but no, still nothing. If there’sa delay then why not tell us what has caused the delay.

Sorry mac, but you state you’re only posting factual info here. You said ‘ They are executing the final contracts for sale’. How do you know this?? You don’t. That’s a staggeringly large piece of assumption you’ve suggested and now churching it as ‘factual’. I’m positive on EUA but you’re making this up and stating it as fact. Mike is absolutely right to pull you up on it. You may well be right, but you’re opinion on this is exactly that, just an opinion.

Admittedly share holders here have had to become rather good over the last two or three years at reading between the lines of EUA comms but I think I’ve started to insert some of your own somewhere along the line.

This is not a done deal and there are clearly an awful lot of investors still not convinced everything hinted at in RNSs is genuine, hence the sp just can’t get anywhere near what many feel is the true value for EUA. Tread very carefully here people. It might come good. It could easily crumble to nothing in a second.

Nearly two months since the teasing term ‘shortly’ was employed to engineer a surge in the sp. Time and time again the EUA BOD deliver statements that hint at ‘interest’ and’transactions’ but regretfully I’m still sitting here with absolutely no idea what is even up for sale, to whom it might be sold or for how much or when. I have been almost convinced several times in the past it’s all about to kick off and things will fall into place but repeatedly share holders are left in this position only to end up sticking their fingers in the air once more to try and work out which way the wind is blowing.

Time for an RNS which actually has some useful and specific facts for existing and potential investors. Shortly has been and gone as far as I’m concerned. Time for concrete news is now.

Just a thought on re-reading the RNS....if there are several transactions being worked on then is it likely (or possible even) that anyone of those could be defined as the purchase of 'substantially all of the assets'? Sounds more to me as if EUA is being broken up into pieces and if that were the case there wouldn't be the need for an EGM or anything for us to vote on?

As always, we're into making assumptions here as the BOD continue to keep things close to their chest but if MT and MYUD were sold in one go there wouldn't be much left to sell would there? WK and the remaining JV areas, which would most likely be lumped together in the same way the first 6 have been.

As I posted earlier, I don't think there will be any news this week as the Russian Agencies responsible for publishing License transfers etc is on holiday until next Monday and they won't be opening up the shop for EUA. In my view the JORC isn't done yet as that would constitute withholding information that directly affects the value of the company. Is it possible WA would deliberately delay the very last scrap of info just to suit the timing that works best for EUA's BODs? I guess the answer to that is probably yes, so I'm none the wiser - like everyone else here - on whether or not the latest RNS has just put us into another holding pattern.

Looking back since September the BODs have made more of an effort to release an RNS to keep the sp at or about the 26p mark so perhaps there is some pressure from the US ii to make that the floor. In which case I'd say now is a pretty good time to get in before there is anything new released to the market that propels the sp well north and into the 30s.

I’m sure we won’t hear anything more this week due to Russian holidays. Yes, legal work may be ongoing but the organisations that Are responsible for license transfers etc will definitely open shop for EUA. Multiple posters have already flagged this so I’m taking note and now expecting something Monday morning, Nov 8th. JORC and License transfer first with news of the extra money spent on taking up the extra 25% option

Seems pretty clear JORC won't arrive whilst Russian authorities are on national holidays. Same goes for license transfer I guess. More patience needed for now. Next week could be very different.

Question now is: will the kippers landing after hours be whopper sells or buys.

posters on here are dreaming if they think there isn't more dilution on the way and multiple cash raises coming our way. Yes we're down 20% from 2p just because of sentiment. Poppyc..k! It's because savvy investors are fully aware of how this kind of 'exploration' company' is run. The vast majority of them never get off the ground and result in many pis losing an awful lot of money. PJ needs to actually produce some results rather than just rhetoric and finger-in-the-air hopes/projections.

This is really quite special from the ZOE/CHLL BODs: 9th March the sp was at a high of £1.04. Eight months later we are down pretty much 85% and no one here seems too bothered.

This has been my worst investment ever - and I've made a few serious errors in my time - where will the slump end? Is there any upturn on the horizon, near or far? Woeful company and were it not for the fact there are products out on sale I'd be screaming 'scam' but unfortunately it does appear to be simply a case of a BODs getting pretty much everything wrong. Bad ideas, bad decisions and bad timing. Quite a combo.

And what do we hear from said BODs in their defence? Yes, you guessed it, nothing.

Well PJ seems to be doing a terrific job of building confidence and value here. I'm obviously not the only one bamboozled as the wider market obviously thinks he's leading us a merry dance too. Sit still for 5 minutes please and let at least one project do well so that can fund other stuff. The only thing on the horizon here at the moment is massive dilution and loads of fund raises to try and get something off the ground. This is one to stay away from until the threat of dilution is reduced.

Disappointed. This is going to sink pretty quickly from here on in. Those with more experience know what's coming.

truth is wtf12 that i do find myself swaying in the wind with EUA but I'm mostly positive. I've never shorted so only invest if I believe in a good outcome. I couldn't bring myself to sell last week because, as has been repeated by a few, UBS and DLA are still there as advisers. That's the clinch factor atm for me. They simply wouldn't hang about for so long for a relatively modest outcome here. A positive frame of mind is much easier when the sp is on the up and yes, i admit, if I'm that liable to fits of doubt then I probably shouldn't be investing in an AIM stock. EUA will hopefully be my last.

Best hope is that the take over price is 50p but the way things look now I wouldn’t bet on it. 40p?

DB could come out in a few days time and announce further delays and problems and watch the sp tank further, then announce a buy out Figure of 25p. That would be at a premium of over 50% to an sp of 15p.

It all looks grim to me and I’ve lost a bit of a fortune here thanks to false optimism and empty promises from DB. Remember the testament “the numbers add up dramatically…”? Thanks DB, you were so on it.

Rookie: because I believe we’ve been tapped by an agreement with BC who now have control of things. They’re certain we’ve got good products so tie GDR up in distribution agreements then fail to sell anything (they will have strong contracts in the FDA and other such organisations and favours will be pulled) and watch GDR flail around until it’s on its knees then offer a ‘helping hand’ with an offer to buy GDR for not very much before it goes bust. Pretty pessimistic I know but I really wouldn’t put anything past DB and the Pharmas to make money.

Resourced someone here is in the ball PP. I said I’d sell once we reach my target price but we’re not there yet so the last trade I did here was to buy some at just above 20p I think.

Just my opinion but I’d assumed the JORC updated figures must have been viewed by the credible party as that will have been at least one small part of their DD. Also assuming we’re not being told the info contained therein because we’re awaiting the license transfers.

Got to admit the BOD have put out yet another trading email. Keep the sailors happy for a while longer.

Totally agree. You can't dummy sell what you don't have. I did a dummy sell for 2m and was offered 19.61 at the last time of asking. When I do sell I'll post the time stamp and exact price so you'll see you were wrong. Not that I really care. All I want to see if this sp head back up north, preferably with the JORC +ve news and then I'll get posting for you.

It's not two days in a row of big selling, it's been going on for weeks. Camouflaged from view by mms and trade reporting means pis are always the last to cotton on to something.

Fwiw I've just done a dummy sell on HL for 2m shares and 19.55p pops up immediately. Someone wants them that's for sure.....

Fed up with the lack of clarity from the BOD but with UBS and DLA still involved I'm still confident (not massively though it has to be said) that there will be news and it will cause the sp to head north once more. Just want to get to my exit price now and get the hell out.
