Not sure which is causing this rise but it’s extremely pleasant to see the sp on the up. I’m personally hoping it’s down to news landing on NHS adoption of AIHL in a few more NICUs rather than yet another spurious play on Covid. You never know, we could actually have news of some POC sales in Spain…. I’ll fall off my chair if we do but I’ll be fine with that if the sp keeps heading north. Come on Budd - DO something useful!

And the 4 lots of 3.33m? Three of them were at 1.88 and one at 1.80. I wonder if two more of those will show up tomorrow… That would suggest the Director buy of 20m was forward sold with, if true, will set the cart among the pigeons. RR already treats lowly share holders with a good degree of contempt but overseeing that from a fellow Director would be a new low even by his own abysmal standards. Would be a quick £60k profit for Gavin though…

Please, please don’t anyone say they are mostly from the recent Placing ie bought at 1.5p and have Ben forward sold at 1.8 for a 20% profit…? That’s what my worst fears are suggesting but perhaps someone knows better. If that’s exactly what has happened then what will happen to the sp tomorrow??

Anyone able to enlighten me please as to wtf those 75million shares printed in black are all about please? They haven’t had any impact on the sp so perhaps these are just roll overs? Much appreciated if anyone can be bothered to post. Tks

If you have any belief in AMC and its CEO then you’re going to lose a lot more than me. GDR will have its day with a world leading product co- designed by the NHS that had no competition anywhere in the works. What many posters here seem to have conveniently forgotten is that the BOD were over 6 months late on delivering stuff they’d already said was due ‘shortly’. License transfers and Jorcs all expected , DD finished in September. The war didn’t start until February 2022 so imho the BOD had already screwed something up before this. I’ve a gut feeling Dimitry has pushed and pushed for more from potential buyers and moved the goal posts several times, using that as an excuse to demand more. Just a feeling.

As for UBS and the like still being involved…can anyone actually prove either way if that’s the case? Dodgy Nomad putting out ridiculous statements like ‘massive dividend…oops perhaps I shouldn’t have said that..’ FFS! It’s a con and it’s now quietly shrivelling away to obscurity. Hope I’m wrong but I was here for three years and after the high of about 42p (which only happened because the big players like BR came on board - to short the life of EUA) the delivered nothing to make the sp go back up anywhere near that level. There was an investor BobbyEwing who sold it out at 30p about two years ago and every day after that I’ve wondered if I should have done likewise. I knew the answer deep down well before February. Just wanted to believe it could be true. I worry lots more investors are going to fall for this and jump in thinking it’s about to soar back up. It isn’t and never will. It’s AIM typical fare and has its assets in Russia. Perfect recipe for endless shenanigans. Beware.

I hope you’ll feel very proud of yourself when people invest at current levels and find themselves in the red in another few months as the sp falls, which it will without news of SALES. Sales UNB1. Yes, and that massive discount was NOT offered to all the shareholders who have been here quite a while. Just an inside job as usual. Don’t disagree with the positives but it’s just incredibly shabby treatment of current holders to expect them to suffer silence for so long (other than the theft!!) then when there’s the hint of something decent we get shut out of a huge discounted offer and quickly dumped back down to where the sp was before the good news. Ok not quite as low but almost…

You actually had me laughing out loud as I read that - and that’s quite something when you’ve got Covid which has left me bed ridden for two days. Budd has no responsibility for GDR’s sp performance over the last three years. I’ll recover all the wicked for some serious mirth so thanks for that post.

Finally sold out the last of my shares. Hugely disappointing after over three years to see how the BOD have failed to deliver anything to lths. I can see this dwindling all the way back to 1p. If Putin makes a grab for any assets held in Russia by foreign companies then it’s game over. Good luck to those who are brave enough to hang on.

You’re most likely right jay but let’s face it if an offer of £30m dropped to but GDR how many would accept it and run for the hills? I know I would. That’d give me my money back now rather probably losing the lot in another couple of years as GDR just does cash call after cash call as they fail to sell anything. I do think AIHL will eventually do well but have a a horrible feeling Budd will drive the sp down a lot further with the necessary raises to keep GDR going over two years without any revenue. Being pessimistic I could see it dropping as low as 5p before finally getting that NICE stamp of approval in late autumn of 2023. Disappointing and slightly surprising Budd hasn’t made any attempt to get it fast tracked.

No news due here until Oct/Nov imo. Think AIHL will take much longer to generate revenue than everyone realised.

Covid is rife - even I’ve finally succumbed to it - but Budd can’t sell any of his own products. Woeful. Please, please folks vote against him the next time you have the opportunity. GDR needs someone far more dynamic and a go-getter rather than this sleepy wait-and-see guy who is always behind the times.

They only other thing that occurs to me is that he’s deliberately withholding news of any sales as he knows it would cause another spike in the sp. Why would he not want to do that? Is there a buyer of GDR lined up? Maybe he’s got a deal on the table but the proviso is that the sp stays under 20p..? Just idle missing in the absence of anything concrete to go on from Budd, actually anything at all!

Thing is, PJ will find something positive to shout about and watch a reasonable rise then bang he’ll announce a cash raise. We’ve just had a placing at 1.5p (40%discount not offered to regular share holders) and we’ve not been given any numbers as yet to what’s the cash burn for the next 12 months, cost of the products to make, to sell etc no idea if this will do well, RR has made it a total punt. Whatever, RR has shown he’s got zero respect for share holders and perfectly happy to shaft them again and again with dilution. Stupid of me to think he wouldn’t make the most of the short term gain then hit us with the raise. Low grade business man who hasn’t really got a clue. If there’s money to be made here’s their current JV partners will gobble them up easily. Rinse repeat and now back to silence for 6 months. AIM is a cesspit and the Director of these companies are borderline criminal imv. They never put share holders first. Last and bottom of the pile of poo is where RR sees us and he’s perfectly fine to see us lose significant chunks of our cash whilst playing at being a grown up business man
