?? Bankrupt I can only find the report published on feb 9th which was the initial recommendation. I could not find the final report which will either give FULL recommendation and lead to nationwide roll out in NHS Trusts or there be some caveat which might delay things.

After the main RNS we're expecting tomorrow with NICE news I will be watching very closely to see if the BOD make their next move soon after. That could be releasing news of the pre-submission discussions with FDA to establish which route GDR can go for to submit their AIHL application. For a while now I have wondered if FDA have told GDR that they can apply via De Novo IF NICE gives AIHL a full recommendation. Now that would be quite something to witness tomorrow.

7am RNS 1. Full NICE recommendation
sp surges by about 15 or 20% but then starts to drop back.
11 am RNS 2 AIHL application for FDA via De Novo confirmed
sp really rockets again to 50 - 60p
2pm RNS 3 Fund raise of £3m at 40p
sp drops back to 40 - 42p

By 4.30pm sp is already back to high 40s nearing 50p, possibly just over it.

Personally think it's already priced in. everyone is expecting good news. The thing that will now drop it or see it fly will be the next news on either the stroke marker test, FDA news or news on the funding issue. Also any news on contracts abroad would have a positive impact imho as that's generating income finally for GDR.

someone got wind of an ambivalent NICE final report perhaps or news of a cash raise? Either that or everyone has taken their positions over the last three months and it's last minute people deciding they can't risk it dropping or vice versa. I was fully expecting this to rise though today so agree it's very odd to be dropping right now. Could always be mms games.

If Budd and Gilham wanted to see the sp rise as much as possible before doing a raise then they totally blew it by telling everyone a raise is on the cards and then not telling share holders how they were going to do it. thank f..k the scientists at GDR are good because these two clowns have messed up at every turn thus far and never got anything over the line. Maybe they've messed up NICE too and fallen at the final hurdle. Nothing would surprise me with them at the helm.

I just bought 25k shares at 37.8. Each to their own. What ever happens over the next few days I see the sp back up towards 31 by the end of the year and that will do very nicely for me. If there was an offer to buy GDR I'd be delighted but would have to to think hard about voting in favour if the offer was anything below £1.5 a share. I see the potential as huge and if funded, via a placing or Gvt Grants, and left alone then GDR could be well above £2 in a year's time. Bit of patience is easy now and I'd rather not be involved in all the games which will doubtless ensue in the next two trading days.

what ever the possibilities for a raise some people aren't seeing the bigger picture here imo.

The potential annual income from AIHL alone is well over £100m, possibly as much as £200m. That could all be happening within 6 months. A raise of a few £m at a discount now will seem like peanuts in just a few months time.

Totally hypothetical but...maybe Budd and Gilham already have a buyer lined up and are waiting until NICE news is released before deciding to recommend accepting it to share holders.

This is an amazing opportunity and the MMs will know full well there is potential to make a lot of easy and quick money here so my thought is that they are holding it steady just now and have trades lined up left, right and centre, which will only be placed if the news is positive. We know AIM is a casino and there will be some players on the sidelines with their bets ready to go so MMS won't let the sp run away today lest their pals get cross with them for not holding things back so they can get in at lower levels.

If they did manage to receive that in orders from Lindab that would more than double the income from last year. We've just had one major installation in Thailand and now this one. If Lindab can deliver then out of the blue the figures for VDTK are starting to look a little rosier than they have for a while. I would be well hacked off if they landed another placing. I hardly think lths here deserve that, especially after the last 9 months or so. Another RNS with any kind of good news will see the sp back to 1.5p and I'll be well relieved.

I've held through thick and thin here and hope this will be the beginnings of vindication for that decision. GLA

looking good but not sure I'm going to get my top up price of 35.5p I'd set myself earlier this morning... Thought it might happen as we went south from the off but we're creeping up now and my guess is shares will be in sticky hands from this point on. 25 and a half trading hours to go before we expect that RNS box to have a red dot in it.

BOD as per usual have been very quiet for a while apart from Budd's 3 sentences in each of the last tow RNSs. That's 6 sentences in the last 3 months. In the one before that - results of AGM - the RNS stated the BOD 'intends to engage with shareholders to better understand their concerns on the resolutions'. Have I missed anything since then???

What ever happens with the sp on Thursday and thereafter I will never trust Budd or Gilham (or should that be Gollum?) to play off a straight bat. They say one thing and then stfu for months on end and say the very minimum they can get away with. It wasn't long ago we didn't hear anything from them for nearly 6 months as the sp declined all the way down to 8p.

LTHs deserve a medal for holding here but I sincerely hope are going to be rewarded even further after this week. 8p all the way up to 40p is great but put that into the context of where the sp fell from and you have a different perspective. Once the sp reaches the seemingly dizzy heights of something nearing £1 then I'll be dancing and cheering. I agree with who ever it was that this stock won't exist for that much longer as it's snapped up by a big pharma. There is no way share holders will hld out and support/trust Budd and Gollum if a half decent offer turns up to buy GDR. How much do we all want/think would be a good offer?

I'll go first. If we hit 80p by the end of this week without the FDA, Stroke marker news, sales news of AIHL and widespread adoption in the NHS AND news of Govt funding, then I will be seriously miffed not to sell GDR for £2.50 per share. If we get all of that info released next week and it's all good then the sp on its own could see £1+ easily and I'd be praying for £3+ for a buyout. The potential annual income from AIHL ALONE globally is well over £100m. The mind boggles, the eyes water, the mouth dries up, the sphincter tightens...or loosens depending on your state of mind (and age) :)

More than half of the posts today are green boxes. Who the fek is going at it today then? Jeez. If we were about to get bad news that might be just cause but we're about to receive good news(NICE). And then very possibly some more good news on top of that (FDA) and then even more....(Stroke Marker Test)...and who knows, maybe even more after that (Govt Grants to see us funded without the need for any further dilution?

Sorry MIKODX, I like the positivity but i think estimated sales in UK were £8m pa, the US was £40m, Same again for the EU and same again for ROW so for AIHL alone we'd be looking at a best case scenario of about £125m pa??

Agreed Stephen11 with one exception...I think it will light the touch paper...

..that myself and probably many are asking themselves and that is could the amount of confident selling that's been happening so close to March 30th be forward selling? When the sp drops it is moving on big volume.

Two scenarios imho.

1. Budd and Gilham have lined up a cash raise at something like 28 - 33p and who ever is coughing up has been doing a lot of forward selling every time we get over 38 - 40p

or

2. They already know they have good news from initial discussions with the FDA, know they're going to receive funds from the recently announced Govt Grant heading towards Manchester and other non-dilutive means but if this were the case then why not just announce it earlier and let the sp really do its thing

On balance I'm heading into the weekend not feeling that optimistic. I don't believe for one minute it was the real David Budd who posted here thanking share holders. He's proved more than once he doesn't give a sh.t about that side of things.

Anyone else got that sinking feeling? I don't doubt for a second the sp will have another surge once NICE news lands but have the dastardly duo strung us up like kippers yet again?

Not sure Sprout. I was just offered 39.4p for £35k and when I did a dummy buy it was 40.1p for £7k so for what ever reason I think many are probably getting out before the w/e. This is a volatile stock and there's a 50/50 chance even before March 30th that it will dip again and so for traders it's worth a go. If they miss it then they will only miss out on a few pence and that's better than risking it dropping a few pence whilst they're in. It's what they do I guess. Can't be faffed with that myself so am just keeping a watchful eye on proceedings and hoping we see some good chunks being taken later on.

I think FDA news is waiting on NICE publication on March 30th. Suspect we'll hear about that on March 31st and then the cash situation shortly after that.

Don't forget we are about to hear about the Stroke Marker Test too. It's all bubbling away nicely but ready to boil over any minute/hour/day soon.

To be fair, I saw it but...I didn't think it was a GDR product that the Tweet was talking about. Maybe that's why it's gone as it wasn't actually relevant or had been posted there by accident?

Just one more small piece of good news, no matter how small, will put some grease into this sp and see us back to former heights....

If that's the case bigh then yes, it will definitely make it quicker. According to the NHS website there are just 7 Regional NHS Trusts. I assume Manchester comes under the umbrella of The North West. If that's the case and all sales/contracts/test adoption will be disseminated from just 7 meetings with GDR then it's going to happen within weeks, not months and certainly not 6 months. Important to remember AIHL is going to save Health Organisations a fortune. The stroke marker test when it is launched will save even more. Go GDR!

Back towards 50p+ over the next week. Then FDA news. Then get this funding issue dealt with and out of the way once and for all. £1 by end of the year easy.

Maybe FDA have told GDR if they get full recommendation from NICE then we can apply for De Novo/ k510 routes? Hence the BODs are keeping quiet until it's finally over the line and we get the green light.
