I hear you but...this is very high risk. The new directors have no shares and thus no risk at all to them currently should this simply come to nothing and be wound up at the end of September. I had thought they'd got something lined up but if they had then they would have informed the market straight away so as to give themselves as much leeway as possible to get the RTO done by 28th Sept. Staying silent now suggests they don't actually have anything specific lined up and that this for them was a bit of a punt. That's all.

Even if an RTO does take place I don't see the sp rocketing again to multiples from here. Once announced current share holders in ITS will be told what the deal is and whether or not they stand to win or lose going forward. But they will be locked in the second the RNS lands. If they don't put out any teasers to garner interest again it suggests to me they've got nothing to tell the market. every day this silence goes on is another step closer to losing your investment 100%. There can be no guarantees and that's the way it is. the big result here has already happened. If there's more gains to be had then I'm quietly confident it will only be as far as 6 - 7p. Just my take on this situation.

With liquidity at these levels there is only one way mms can take this....hold on to your hats because they're readying for another drop imho. This is extremely bad news for Budd.

If GDR can't drawdown any more chunks of £300k from RF then Budd is already in serious trouble.

He will have to find another source of funding even just to keep the lights on looking ahead into 2024. It means there's no chance of GDR submitting any applications to the FDA for either of their current assays. Maybe the best hope is for Covid to return and the UK govt to withdraw all the cheap tests on the market and insist everyone uses a PoC test provided by Genedrive. But no, I'm dreaming lol

That's a measure of how low confidence is in investing in GDR stock now. This is going to drop further but I have a feeling Budd will now be working on another placing and that this will be the next news we hear.

It has even been stated in an RNS that the data gathering will take years. IF GDR have been informed of exactly which and how much data is required then we certainly haven't been told. Once NICE have everything they want then and only then will there be a secondary review and hopefully the recommendation upgraded to FULL. If that happened then there would be a pretty instant roll out of AIHL across the country all fully funded by the NHS. That's YEARS off. Fact. Don't be fooled by endless rampers here. Budd has not been clear about timescales at any point regarding progress. Usual generic and vague statements such as we're expecting an increase in sales in 2023 mean nothing. If 2022 made £50k in 6 months and then we make £100k in 2023 then he's not been misleading even though such figures (totally hypothetic) would still be pretty disastrous for GDR.

i've also read posts here stating GDR is now fully funded until the end of 2025/26. This is UNTRUE. Even with the death spiral finance deal from RF of £5m and tax refunds there is no way GDR can generate enough revenue to make up the shortfall calculated based on a monthly spend of £400k.

One worrying statement from Budd was that GDR at this point in time (end of March) was not considering INCREASING it's monthly spend. I think this was hinting at a possible application to the US FDA which would require £4m for both AIHL and CYP19C2 and thus require another hefty round of funding and considerably more dilution.

Budd has f..cked up quite badly these last two years and failed miserably to commercialise any GDR products even though he has stated publicly this is where his focus has been. Goodness knows what other aspects of the business look like if he's take his eye of those.

Other than a spike in Oct/Nov I'm thinking 2024 will be back to current levels in the sp until Budd can achieve some success on sales somewhere in the world.

Budd won't tell the market anything he doesn't have to, good or bad. He has learned his lesson after the Covid years of over promising and under delivering.

Of course the quicker the NHS roll out the quicker the data can be gathered. Making it all the more frustrating that AIHL is still, 4 and a half months after the NICE conditional recommendation, only being used in 3 hospitals. NICE won't have what they need until 2030 at this rate.

'm sure GDR know how many tests they need to conduct and gather the data for. The fact they haven't publicised it suggests it's a lot and will take them years. Far longer than anyone here anticipated when they first invested.

Jlc - sorry but I received an email response from the NOMAD saying the specific funding sums to be received by GDR will only be announced in an RNS ‘if deemed significant and therefore market sensitive…’

If the NOMAD is spreading ‘false rumours’ then things here are worse than we thought. Get over yourself. You’ve picked a dud and no amount of ostrich impersonation will help you or anyone invested until there’s a new CEO who knows how to deliver commercialisation off GDR products.
