What really grates is the complete lack of communication with shareholders!!"
0n this, please don’t fret. In the RNS after the last a AGM we were told that the company would work to improve investor relations and seek to find out why share holders had nearly voted Budd out.
They’ve done a tremendous job haven’t they? Oh hang on a minute…
Sun 10p soon I’m afraid. Going south until Budd greases the RF palms with a shedload of shares which they’ll dump as soon as the so rises. Along with the vast number of warrants RF have the only way they can make money now is either by the sp rising sharply after this current slump or a buyout.
Not sure a buyout at £20m - which is all GDR would get just now - was quite what RF had in mind when they opened the piggy bank for this very special CEO. He’s on £25k per month.
What we don’t want is for RF to turn into a disruptive share holder and start pressurising the company into making mistakes…oh hang on a minute….
Not much excitement in the sp but I’m excited for sure.
There’s income coming in and if they need to raise I think it’ll only be £500k or so.
This possible JV could be transformational with a capital T!
If it comes off then the sp will quickly be above 3 or 4p so I don’t quite understand the lack of interest today. Perhaps their record of staying silent for such long periods isn’t to many investors’ taste.
Have a day off Profitjock. Nothing happening here and your posts look quite desperate and a bit sad. There have been less than 30 trades and you’re trying to make out it’s bubbling away and about to erupt and that those wicked mms are holding it tight. With every day that passes now with no news the greater the chance the new Directors were just sizing up a possible opportunity to make a few Bob but perhaps it’ll come to nothing. They’ve not said anything, nor have they bought any shares so they lose NOTHING if this goes into suspension and then ends up being wound up . If there’s an opportunity then they’ll make the most of it but if nothing transpires then it’s no skin off their nose. Just current share holders lose out. That’s why this is such a risk and why there’s increasingly less interest and volatility.
I’m just wanting to curb the idiotic ramping when it’s clear the so is dropping and most of the statements are totally the opposite of what’s happening.
This is high risk & potentially very high reward. I stand by that but no point in trying to suggest it’s ‘taking offz’ When clearly it isn’t. That’s short term ramping and will only serve to dissuade some from putting some wedge in here for fear of an immediate loss courtesy of yet another pump and dump. With the level of risk accepted I think the sp is doing well to stay above 2p.
Just my take on things but I have a feeling the sp will simply flit between 1.5 and 2.5p now until news. When that news lands we’ll hopefully go straight into suspension because an RTO is announced. There after it’s squeaky bum time.
If it fails Rohan and Craven will not be in the slightest bit bothered, nor will their reputations be damaged. One failed business proposition doesn’t destroy guys at this level & most successful guys out there similar to these two have had numerous failures as well as successes.
Fingers crossed everything goes well here and we end up with the sp closer to 7p. Would be another 250% from here and no one could be disappointed with that!
Good grief, there's a guy with too much time on his hands and clearly far too much invested in this dog... I'd be desperate too though tbh if I still had all of my original holding here. Should have sold when the sp was in the 40s in March. Got greedy and believed Budd. That was the last time I'll ever trust a word he says.
Come on guys, give it up now and give yourselves a well earned weekend off. You've been going hard at it all day and it's not worked. If anything it's just slipped slowly precisely because you're ramping it quite so obviously and making others wary pf getting caught.
What will be, will be. Ending up just above where we started the week isn't such a bad result but does slightly make all your effort look a little pointless.
er, how exactly? He hasn't risked anything. If this comes to nought then so what? He hasn't promised anything. His name has appeared in relation to the recent court hearing and he's now a new Director but there is no came back whatsoever should an RTO not happen. It's a punt for Rohan and Craven. If it works out they win big. If it doesn't then they lose nothing.
If none of you have noticed can I alert you to the fact ITS has been red all day. Just to be clear that means more people selling than buying and no buying pressure and mms NOT short of shares. Just hilarious the rubbish posted when a ramping crew land. Mildly entertaining but ultimately rather tedious.
Personally feeling if we’ve not heard anything soon then this was just a pint from Rohan and Craven. Every chance it’ll suspend and de-list end of Sept. Let’s get real.
As I said yesterday, I too think a lowball offer might be made to buy out GDR. If negotiations are now underway and looking hopeful that might explain why GDR are not bothering with another drawdown. If RF know about it then they’ll move quickly to dump their initial 6.5m and get their new ones allotted asap.
Obviously the company will remain silent for as long as it possibly can. I’m going for an offer of about £20m - £30m
That’s it Shed and Chri5p keep em coming. You’ve got everyone fooled this is a real company and it’s actually going to offer share holders a return one day….
Tray - you’ve finally excelled yourself. 800m shares to 2.1b shares. ‘Not dilution for me’ because the cash balance is £16m. Your shares are worth considerably less regardless of his much cash in the back the company has. If the BODs don’t know how to spend it wisely then we’ll end up with more dilution (sorry, not dilution for you) before long and the cash balance might be far less. Perhaps you’ll even find a positive spin to put on that scenario. Always thought quite highly of your informative posts but that’s torn it. Laughable. The company isn’t delivering, we’ve had huge dilution over the last few years and thus far, share holders have bugger all to show for their loyalty in holding long term. I still have £16k worth at .8p and am heavily in the red but I’ll try to see it your way. Lol
No way Jimi. Not buying any more until I know more about DEVOTE funding, ongoing sales, NHS roll out, news from foreign distributors and news on FDA. All of which I'm not very hopeful about.
If it drops to 8p and there's still no news then i wouldn't buy in even then as I have a horrible feeling RF will be ruthless about this and be perfectly happy for it drop lower for when they ask for their last lot of new shares.

This has to be RF dumping their shares, either what’s left of the original 6.5m tranche or the recently allotted 3m.
I think they now want rid of the original 6.5m and will hold as many of the new ones they get until the price is way, way higher than 16p. For now just wait until RF announce they’ve got another 3m or so at the lowest possible 10day vwap and then miraculously it will turn. My guess is 2 weeks from now. Then load up if you’re brave enough and willing to risk the CEO not f.cking this up completely
This is almost certainly down to another 3m shares being dumped on the market and no want really interested.
Sun 10p really not far off now. Hope all those saying myself and others predicting that are happy with themselves encouraging others to carry on buying and hold. If it does hit 8p then I can see a resignation coming on. Now that would be a result!
