Has this outfit lost its way after being denied access to the Sandbox testing programme? I guess they’ve got to take a few steps back and start to try and build again but what are they now aiming to achieve? Do they even know? News flow seems to have dried up now they’ve got the money for another few months salary payments secured.

When are the first meaningful set of sales figures due? Only on that will this start to recover, and I hope the numbers are good and this gets somewhere back to 10p+ as I’m well under here. Sp has slumped by more than 50% since I first bought in. Smart CEO doing lots of good things but it needs time and some good news soon to begin its recovery

I know it’s been nt for much of today to buy but in fact there’s jet not been any buying pressure at all. Less than 30 trades all day.

Maybe the mms just have no idea how this will play out and don’t want to take any risks. Very quiet day.

A possible JV would be a fabulous result here after two or three really awful years. The MOU shows the BODs are looking at the right kind of issues to propel VDTK forward and out of the mire.

Ongoing paucity of comms certainly not inspiring investor confidence.

Just a little more transparency on contracts landing might help and thus prove that VDTK are currently generating some income and allay fears of an imminent raise.

Anything really would be an improvement. I know someone posted a while ago that they’re terrified of Tom Winnifrith but surely they have enough concrete news on contracts now not to worry about what ever he comes up with..?

Does seem likely the next deadline will be missed or else why go to the trouble of arranging another prepayment of $3.5m?

Allwyn is worth £8.8bn so why would they need to RTO into a shell on AIM? That’s my question and doubt about it being Allwyn.

Credit where it’s due. I can sell £5k at 1.85p but can’t get a quote even for £500. I’m on HL and often they’re giving quotes to buy and sell but today, right now, that’s the situation.

If there is no rally on the share price and VDTK have to do another raise at a discount then why don’t NZV just buy them outright? The JV will cost them several million so rather than pay that out for 50% why not just have it all for themselves and bring VDTK technology and know how in house? Buyout for £8m??
