Shed will tell you news is definitely due soon and make it sound convincing only....the news never arrives or if it does then it's just a precursor to the next news which is what we really need, and so on and so on. Been here for years and left in bottom drawer but it's a lifestyle company. No two ways about it. directors taking salaries for years without ever delivering anything decent for share holders. Company comms are almost non existent but a couple of regular posters here always seem well infdrmed soI deduced they're company employees and probably just get paid to try and keep something going that pretends to be a junior company in the mining sector. It isn't. It just takes money from investors and dilutes, dilutes and then needs more money and...that news the company needs is just around the corner. Honest, it is, it's almost here...

For once MR I agree with you. Miners all a huge waste of time and money run by a load of greedy self interested individuals who happily spout nonsense week in week out, month after month and from one year to the next,, never delivering anything. EUZ, EUA, KOD, POW and worst of all VAST. Total con. All of them.

I think it should bother Budd Bruno because I strongly suspect if the company still exists by the time of the AGM he's going to find himself out of a job. I simply can't see even the iis holding here rewarding consistent failure and under achievement with such a hefty financial package. Likelihood imo is though that GDR are going to run into serious trouble soon. RF will be leaning very heavily on Budd to reduce monthly cash burn now they've decided against any more drawdowns but it looks to me as if he's refusing to play ball and just burying his head in the sand as usual.

£400k spend per month. No sales income to speak of. No figures for outside funding confirmed as of yet and now due to shell out a massive number of shares to the loan shark RiverFort and reward lths with more dilution. And on top of all that Budd is going to have to try and find cash from somewhere else now to forward any long term plans. My guess is the US market is now out of the picture because they can't even get AIHL rolled out nationally in the NHS. AIHL is currently being used in 3 hospitals and about to extend to 7. That's in the whole country and that has taken over 6 months to organise.

Budd has blown it and will be rewarded by share holders - if we last that long - with the boot.

How’s this for a scenario:

GDR goes into administration because it refuses to reduce monthly costs and simply runs out of money because sales are so poor and then RF, being a creditor, is awarded the rights to the technology by the courts in lieu of money owed and has Carte Blanche to sell it to who ever they like and for what ever they can get for it.

Money piling into DISH today. It’s on the main listing so is going to be more attractive than ITS but this is still a great vehicle for some company to get on to the LSE ina hurry!

Even with Director buys off book things look dire here. Not really sure why it’s struggling so badly but several of my stocks that in the last year have engaged with the US, dual listings or US investors, have ALL tumbled. I know the London markets are suffering by failing to attract new listings from major companies but I personally don’t now subscribe to the view that getting in on the US markets necessarily provides a raid to riches. Indeed I think the US investor world is generally more savvy than here in the UK and they are amazing at helping create opportunities to bag bargains ie working to undermine UK stocks until they reach bargain levels. I’m certainly hoping that’s what’s happening here. RR May as well throw another £800k in at current levels. If he believes in POW strategy so much he’d double his money even if the sp by some miracle got back to 1.5p! Come on POW give us something to shout about for once.

It really wouldn’t harm things though if the company were a little more forthcoming on publicising contracts that land. Perhaps just a tweet about any that are above the value of £25k or so would create a steady stream of comms that’s unarguably positive.

Would love to see a Director buy or two just to turn the current tide. If they’re working on this potential JV though does that constitute a closed period and forbid Director purchases?

Mms dropping it even on the first trade of the day. They are desperate to get it down. Director buys coming soon perhaps, whilst it’s as low as poss?

What ever, given the recent RNS this current drop does not add up. All the Sells since the RNS don’t even add up to £100k so how can a company with mcap of what was about £4.5m lose nearly 40% on potentially transformational news? Time to switch off from here for a week or two. Think it’ll come good soon.

It’s dropped hugely these last few days on very low volume. The cynic in me says don’t trust mms and that they there’s a good chance this will come good. Very good. And they’ll coin it in. Last week this was hovering at 1p and now it’s 35% down! Something not quite right given the RNS heralded something the Chairman pointed out could ‘transform’ VDTK’s future. Hmmm

Both my buys this morning, value £210.05, being reported as sells. Probably being a fool but I’ve long believed vdtk will have its day so bought in the dip. If one or two other stocks in my pf have ac good day I’ll keep gradually lowering my average. Come on Rob Richards, let’s have something positive and ramp-tastic please!

Don’t think we’ll have the choice. Suspect if there’s a deal it’ll be announced and ITS will go into suspension at the same time. Locked in. And loaded? No way of knowing but if any announcement arrives and the sp goes into suspension at current levels then there’s a good chance a deal WILL happen and we’ll come out of suspension at some point with a rise of considerably more than 100% rise. The brave will reap a reward here I feel as long as they don’t get tricked into trading on a pump and dump.

You’re right shave but…there were contracts amounting to £395k in the first half of 2023. We have no idea just now how many more sales there have been or the income that can be expected from them in this second half of 2023. The increase from the previous year was substantial and, given VDTK hasn’t only just started selling its products in partnership with Lindab AB this year, perhaps the financial position might just be a little more secure than some here fear? I have no idea but if the products are good then there’s no reason to expect fewer sales contracts will be forthcoming after the marketing work undertaken by Lindab and Metrotile earlier in 2023.
