Oof that’s going to hurt, unless those million shares or so were actually sold two or three weeks ago after the big spike. TR1s , as I learned recently, don’t have to be submitted immediately and can sometimes be withheld for up to a limit of 6 weeks.

If Phil sold them two or three weeks ago when the sp was dropping quickly from 4p+ then you can bet he’ll bed hoping it drops much further from current levels and then he’ll buy a load more from his profit. Either that or he’s more on a free run. Lucky chap.

There will 100% be an RNS to extend further. This time I think it will make it clear there is no specific timeline being chased, or else they’ll just end up missing that one too.

The delay is due to things out of their control and KOD aren’t the only ones affected. For all the talk of paper work being done ‘next week’ I believe it’s going to be months. Why else would Hainan have coughed up $3.5m a couple of weeks ago if getting this signed and sealed was imminent?

I think it’ll happen but there’s a much longer wait involved. Just my opinion.

He left Allwyn in Jan 2023 with no warning ie ‘immediate effect’ after just 18 months in the job. He doesn’t appear to have gone on to anything else as major so I’m left wondering if he’s slightly left scrambling about at the moment trying to strike deals where ever he can. Rohan is nothing like the heavy weight Craven was so they’re an intriguing duo and it’s anyone’s guess what they’ve got up their sleeve (if anything) but it almost certainly will NOT be Allwyn doing a RTO into a shell listed on the AIM.

No idea if they’ll spill the beans on the plan but if they remain silent right up to the deadline of Sept 28th then this will drift considerably lower imho. Too risky if they don’t start to show their hand.

Doc83 - the only thing I’ve lost here is money. Well down tusks to the company don’t really well with loads of cash but the sp - the only way any investor can ever realise a loss or profit on their investment is only going in one direction still. Beware of paid rampers here. Tray is undoubtedly in the pay of the company and will relentlessly rebuff any criticism suggesting things are actually great and the company has performed well in difficult times. If it has then it’s at the expense of ordinary pis!!! Fret not, he’ll respond again and again because he’s paid to!

Instead there has been total silence. Doesn’t bode well now imo.

Stupid games and not funny. Needs looking into. BOD also letting share holders down. Sp is now down over 30% in a few days and not a word. Disappointing and utterly typical of this management team.
