This is good news for POW and it’s a much needed discovery but the markets are rubbish. Personal feeling is this will fizzle out by lunchtime and we’ll be back where we started pretty much by end of the day.

But…it’s a start and hopefully suggests POW Mangt finally taking the company in the right direction. I do not want to hear about any more IPOs or US otc listings. This one small discovery has given the sp more of a shot in the arm than anything else for months and months . More discoveries please.

Worth pointing out that only a year ago one of the Directors bought £300k at a price of 1.5p. He’s still a Director so presumably is confident this will turn round or he’d have got the hell out.

All the trades today are sells. Mid point between Bid and Ask is 1.625 and all the trades have been below that.

But what? Sp being held for lots of small buys all at .5p

How long can that go on for? I’m assuming who ever the ‘strategic investor’ is will be holding on to their 111,111,111 shares for a while, or at least until the sp is back well above 1p

Are they going to announce more Director buys at this low price?

Disappointed in this. Constant decline since early June in the sp. Just going down and down. Was hoping this might climb back to 10p but it’s turning into a disaster

Totally agree. Budd is not a company CEO. His excessive remuneration package shows he’s badly out of step with what the company can realistically and sensibly offer to pay him. But he doesn’t care. He’ll just keep taking and keep failing to deliver any value to share holders.

I am almost certain RF will be heavily involved at the next AGM and may well try to insist they appoint someone to the Board to try and help Budd. Or they may just try to replace him altogether. They do have the drawdown stick to wield at Gilham now so May get their way.

GDR needs someone with commercial experience and their own list of professional contacts in this sector. Budd is clearly feeling his way and making huge mistakes as he goes. Over promise and under deliver won’t cut it any longer. He should really have gone last year

Not able to sell AIHL in EU so no sales from there either.

All in all Budd is having a shocker and he must know there’s a chance he’s going to be voted out at this AGM. It will give this company share holder base the biggest boost its had for ages if they the company could rid itself of this man and the huge financial drain his salary amounts to.

David Budd needs to be voted out. Please don’ttake it for granted. Be pro active and vote him out at the next opportunity

Was trading with quite a bit but left half in. When it was over 4p I momentarily had nearly £50k. Couldn’t sell at those high prices though had to wait until back in 3s and mid 2s.

I’m keen for this to do well! I’m just not buying the rampant predictions of 10 baggers etc. I’m suggesting there could well be a 200, 300 or even 400% rise from here. Is that so bad?? Anyone throwing in a few £k cd easily make themselves a nice easy profit from here.

The RF deal was the best one Budd cd find and that was when the share price was almost double what it is now so there’s no chance anyone will support this now after the last six months when we were told there was the possibility of positive news flow. Business people know BUdd’s incapable of delivering what he promises.

Really don’t know what the answer is for GDR now. This news is out and has flopped. DEVOTE funding more known to be peanuts. No significant sales of AIHL and it’s still not allowed to be sold in the EU . Bit of a disaster

I’m in for £12.5k at average of 1.6. If it gets to 5p I’ll be delighted but the new Directors have to have a plan and it needs to fall into place all at the right time. If they pop some news out soon then I can see this working out well and it hitting 3 or 4p again even just on a spike. Once a deal goes through it’s anyone’s guess but I prefer to be cautiously optimistic rather than rampantly over ambitious predicting something to bag 40x. ie 4000%!

I think that’s balanced. If you don’t and prefer to tell people this is going to end up with the sp at 60p+ then go for it.

Even with some small funding package from DEVOTE there is now way GDR can queue jump the 3 years of data collecting that’s required similar to the AIHL test. In fact AIHL had some pilot tests going before it was reviewed by NICE and even that has to do another 3 yrs as of March 2022 before it can be reviewed again for FULL recommendation.

GDR simply MUST get rid of its CEO. He’s proving to be incompetent on an epic scale. If, and I’ve seen no evidence of it to date, GDR have reduced their monthly spend to £300k (rather than the £400k - £450k which I think is more likely) then it is absolute madness and business suicide to be paying your CEO as much as nearly 10% of annual costs for repeated failure.

The only area Budd has succeeded in is the R & D programme. With every other aspect regarding commercialisation of GDR products he has failed or is making totally negligible progress such that he’ll earn almost another £1m from GDR before the company has anything close to a FULL recommendation from NICE for any of its products.

Budd has to be moved aside! Please everyone, vote him out when the next AGM comes along. We weren’t far off last time and I’m sure there will be many more disgruntled investors here who have watched GDR’s decline this year.

Oh that’s not such good news then sadly. If the bulk goes to MU and the rest is split between a few groups we cd be looking at about £100k per year. Unfortunately that won’t reinforce RF’s confidence in their investment plan with GDR. Perhaps RF found this out a while ago and that, in combination with liquidity drying up & none of the supposed good news flow suggested by Budd landing at all they’ve realised they’re not dealing with a proper businessman.

Until I heard the first of this, I was dreading GDR doing another fund raise at something like 4 - 6p. Now that we know the funding won’t amount to more than one or two months funding at the very most I fear GDR are going to have to go down this route

This could come just in the nick of time for GDR. I was beginning to worry they might have to do another fundraise but at the most punitive discount. If this is correct and is announced this week then sp back over 16p and RF drawdowns back in play?
