Sorry Jimmy but imv the chances these new Directors are simply going to announce everything either on the day of the deadline or before is nothing more than fantasy. They never suggested they had a specific target for this RTO, indeed they stated there were several options they would be looking at. If something was lined up and ready to go by Sept 28th then they would have released something by now to get the market going and whipping up some sentiment and expectation. Instead they’ve said absolutely nothing other than a small bit of dilution and appoint a nomad.

This will imho definitely be suspended next week and for some that’s fine. I’ve got a fair whack I’m willing to let rise on this but my hopes are that something will emerge over the next two or three months and then hopefully they can get it all sorted before they are forced to delist.

Must say that after previous delays and then reading the last RNS I will be surprised and not a little annoyed if this isn’t over the line very soon. The CEO hinted too strongly that we were nearly there for there to now be another month or two. If this one is missed trust is going to be dented quite badly in whatever he says going forward.

Given the number of very positive tweets released over the last month or two I can’t possibly imagine they’re going to now release poor interims. Sales were on the up anyway even a year ago and if that momentum has been maintained, or even close to it, then this looks quite seriously undervalued imo. Really anticipating some good movement here very soon.

El-ferrito, not being deliberately contrary but… I think the sp will settle lower as all those who have been comfortable holding in the event of news or a spike will drift off once we’re nearing the suspension date. Silence this far so there’s obviously no rush for these guys. I also think then being paid £1 suggests it’s a bit of a punt for them. If something comes off then great but if not then they won’t really lose out. Had they bought a share or two in ITS I’d feel a tad more confident.

As things stand we get suspended a week tomorrow and then May have up to six months of silence after that before finally getting news of either a RTO or….simply delisting altogether. That’s why I think there won’t be that many happy to go into that scenario without a word from the new Directors. Personally expecting between 1.25 and 1.45 range as we head into suspension. That might be a better price to have a final punt at.

I think there will be an RTO but for a new company that will be up for an IPO with Zeus, that’s their speciality.

Just a wild guess but I think current ITS share holders will either be offered shares in the IPO and hopefully at a discounted level (most likely imho) or will be offered a cash amount for our shares. Just depends on the deal and the value of the IPO. If it’s a company valued by an IPo at £10m then we won’t see much uplift from where we are. If it’s £50m who knows. The value of whatever we have though will depend on the success of the IPO. If it’s a flop we’re bummed out. If it flies then could be very happy days.
