It's an extremely worrying sign that the Directors appear to be doing less and less work but taking ever bigger salaries. I"m afraid, and I fully admit my confidence in this company is at rock bottom, I suspect they know survival is looking bleak and so have upped their salaries to make up for what they will lose in the value of their share holdings. Being even more cynical I'd say they will run this for as long as they can get away with it, possibly do exactly the same kind of raise again - if they can find anyone willing to put any money into this stock - and once they've made up some decent money for themselves they'll jusy wind it up or sell it off. The one Director who bought in not so long ago, Gavin Mayhew, put in a lot of money and he's the guy I imagine is wanting to get his money back more than the others who have all put less actual cash in.

I think we are now in the death throes of this company. This recent raise was the last straw for me and has shown the BODs to be totally without conscience or care for any ordinary share holders. They are in this for themselves and no one else matters. I bet the boss of the possible jv partner is a mate of one of the Directors and it's him who put the £500k in to make an easy profit and screw the existing share holders so his buddy and co can continue to draw salaries for another few months. Can anyone tell what I really think of this company and the people who 'run' it?!

Oh and still no Tr1 even though supposedly someone new now owns 20% of the company. One rule for them and another for us humble pis. How is that allowed?

Bonkers, I'm not suggesting we develop anything, just that we do more exploratory work and try to get some more experts in to help work out the most promising targets. MFC showed that what ever and who ever POW are using at the moment aren't good enough. Thus far that whole project has proved to be a complete waste of money and left a bad taste in the mouths of investors who bought into PJ's hype.

Tati, Uranium or what ever, where ever, Canada, Saudi Arabia, or the property we were RNSd about yesterday, I really don't care. Just get a move on and deliver a result for once. I've been here years and have only seen my investment shrink to date.

Are people expecting an updated JORC too on KOD resources or did I imagine that? If yes then I think that’s the reason for Bernie saying he was looking forward to seeing sh at the AGM. He isn’t in control of when the Mali Govt signs this off but he will know exactly when he can release any other news. Maybe tomorrow we hear about something else that will liven up the AGM and put a spring in everyone’s step.

Actually I looked back at the RNS when the winding up was scrapped. This OSS what it states…

‘ David Craven and Jean-Paul Rohan have been appointed to the Company's board with immediate effect as Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director respectively.’.

So, nothing untoward or to worry about. We’ve all just jumped to the conclusion they were both Directors. At the end of the day I’m not sure there’s much difference between a Chairman and Director anyway. Just means Craven gets his way as he has the deciding vote were there more people on the Board and a vote was tied.

It’s kind of comforting as it confirms that it’s DC who is in the driving seat. He’s the more established and experienced of the two and has a bigger and better profile in the business world.

He’s listed as non exec Chairman on the RNS today. J-P Rohan is listed as non exec Director.

Hmm that’s highly irregular. It was stated in the RNS that DC was one of the new non exec directors so they can’t lie about that.

Could he have resigned already and eve just not been told?

One thing - I know I said it was over and out but it's still only a few hours away before we're officially in suspension - it's about a 6 month process to get a listing on the main market in the UK apparently. We have 6 months now to find a rto candidate. If it was going to take 6 months then why wouldn't a large company go for main market instead of AIM? I suspect the usual answer will be that there is less regulation on AIM but if it's a biggie surely they would welcome the extra regulation and security of the main market and also the vast sweep of ii investors they open themselves up to that won't touch AIM. Scratching my chin already...

Zeus would 100% not touch this with a barge pole if there was the slightest hint of anything dodgy, not that they would have any clue of one of the Directors whispered Ina nephew or neice’s ear to buy themselves a couple of grand of ITS shares… I’m sure it happens on a very small scale and in such a way that it could never be proved that the big guys had done anything dodgy.

Things are going in the right direction, excepting these last two days. I would just enjoy seeing my holding here sitting in blue rather than red. Longer to wait still. I won’t be selling until 4 - 5p and would be very pleased that!

We might see some delayed trades then? Or would the Directors have been allowed to purchase some shares themselves?? Or are we considered in a closed period at the moment? And I don’t mean now, I mean between the time that RNS was released and end of business today?

As you say, time will tell but that final rise - a sudden rise in the Bid of about 25% - after hours was a bit odd.

Anyway, I’m trapped in now and nothing we can say or do so over and out for a while. Try not to stress too much those who held on

There was quite a lot of buying after that RNS. I’ve just seen the Bid has gone up from .6 to .75! There was just just enough time for someone in-the-know to pop in a few grand at a very low price. Surely this RNS wouldn’t have been released with an overly negative statement on the true situation would it? Would it?? Who knows. I just don’t trust anyone anymore when it comes to the AIM arena. It’s more loosely regulated for a reason and in such a way that the pros, if so minded, can make easy killings largely at the expense of retain investors.

No, I’m sure that would never happen. All above board In sure. Fingers crossed I’m right though and that for once pis interests are aligned with the new Directors and their buddies. If this is all done and dusted by Christmas and we end up with a crazy sp I’ll be very happy but also scratching my chin rather a lot.

They stated that discussions were in’ early stages’ So it’s not happening any time soon. They also said they were still considering several options, just that two were now off particular focus. Suggests they’ve made at least some headway with those two so not all bad.

If only this info on two potential candidates had been released a week ago This woods look very different. The fact it’s been left until the last possible minute makes it look desperate. Should have listened to someone earlier and sold my holding and bought back in when it’s back to .5 or lower. Oh well..

Oh I've still got a few and actually added once we were below 10p. Nothing like as much as i used to have though. Even if it drops further I think there is going to be a sustained rise up to December like the one we saw at the start of 2023 right up to the NICE evaluation of AIHL. Might not be quite as meteoric as that one but I still think it could find its way back to 20p. Perhaps more depending on whether or not the new CEO deigns to say anything to share holders. Maybe he'll be even quieter than Budd. Who knows.

And I care because I don't want to see anyone get mugged by the p & d crews.

Actually this is AIM so don't necessarily believe what you see and read in an RNS :)
