Hmmm even with the resource upgrade I doubt this will see 1p. Might be wrong but I just don't see there being enough confidence from the herd at large to throw money into this seeing where it is and who the deal is being done with. It's curtains here. I now think the MOU was just a ruse. My guess is this will be wound up by the BODs and taken privately before the end of the year. They know there is great potential here but they are just too greedy for words and don't want to share any long term benefit with existing share holders. Even ones who have been here for several years.

I'm sure it is of no significance - other than increasing my current balance with ITS - but the Bid when we were first suspended was .7p, a few hours it went down to .6p and now on HL it's .78p. HL have probably just decided for simplification to use the last share price at which any trade occurred.

I know people say we have to be patient but I’ve already been invested for several years and have ONLY seen my holding decline in value so it grates when posters suggest I’m I’m impatient if I’m not fair to wait another two or three years just to get myself back in the blue! I have other stocks that threaten to do well rather sooner and so inevitably I have the choice to make as to whether or not I just hold here knowing nothing is imminent or hope to recover my POW losses elsewhere then come back in a year’s time. I’ve only got about 500k shares but am down by over 45%

Gunto - it will take years. This Eva was used for AIHL and basically meant it cd only receive a conditional recommendation from NICE rather than a FULL one. This is what has caused things to go awry. Many of us hadn’t realised this. If the stroke marker test is also assessed by the EVA then it’s the same end result, which would be disappointing. I’m hoping it’s just a full assessment and the need is so urgent for CYP2C19 that it will be granted FULL recommendation but I’m afraid I just can’t see the NHS suddenly waving aside the need for the data collection.

The burning issue here now is funding and the CEO has said not one word since his appointment on it. I don’t think we’ll hear anything until the AGM is over and GDR can allot a whole new load of shares to RF in return for continuing the drawdowns.

On GDR’s poor sales track record I don’t think Cheek will manage to raise cash from anywhere. Don’t forget AIHL and CYP2C19 still haven’t even been registered in EU territories for sale as far as I believe. GDR is hamstrung and moving at a glacial tempo in its commercialisation. Budd didn’t have a clue how to line up everything up but hopefully Cheek has a far better understanding of what needs to be done and when. It’s a shame everything he will do in his first few weeks though will have to be reactive rather than proactive but he’s just got to clear up the mess Budd left things in

He corrects the final date by which a sign off must happen as Jan 19th 2024. Seemed a sensible and well informed post to me. I suspect Bernie knows this perfectly well but also that others have achieved sign off far more quickly and so is happy just putting out monthly extensions to the Stop date in the hope it happens sooner rather than later.

Elxobble - I’m not purely negative. I’ve said I think KOD will do well and that this will happen, just that repeated posts suggesting it cd be today/tomorrow/this week are on the rampy side. These things always take longer than one expects or hopes but the good thing is that when they do happen quickly things it’s because important steps have been missed or circumnavigated and end up causing problems later, Leo Lith being a perfect example. I think KOD are in good hands but my point was that involvement with the Chinese is rarely straight forward and they do tend to have a long term plan of exactly what they want and are prepared to be patient in order to achieve their aims. Hopefully all will be well and a simple sign off will happen and KOd find themselves in the luxurious position of being handed about $100m

Sorry, yes, BCN was sold but I think the sp was about 60p+ but by that stage I’d sold out when it had fallen from mid 40s all the way back to 20p. Live and learn.

There was a jump in the sp at one point today and I wonder if it was actually a buy and then caused that rise to well above 10p..? Dunno. Without any news of the funding issue being sorted any time soon it’s going to take a brave soul to throw that kind of money in now

Yep I think this is all further down the track than people realise or wish for. Maybe 2024 will be the year for KOD. The Chinese are patient. I was in Bacanora Lithium when Ganfeng got involved. It took years and eventually they took the whole thing over but only once the sp - and share holders with it - had been worn down and confidence was at an all time low. In the end Ganfeng bought BCN for about £60m but the resource was huge. Not so sure KOD is going to fair that much better with Hainan even if what has been proposed thus far is a different kettle of fish. Be careful here.

Just rubbish. This has struggled ever since RR came on board. I’m beginning to wonder what deal was struck in order for him Ron invest at the price he did.

Not sure how this company can move forward as things are. Success will be based on luck rather than manegrial judging by the looks of things.
