Careful folks, Latino is one of a serial pump and dump crew.....As soon as he appears I'm afraid I switch off. Seen it time and again. A share price rises on nothing, sits there for an hour or two and then another sharp rise and hey presto out of nowhere Latino, ria20, sharebel and the like appear. It then drops to where it started the day and they disappear. zzz

May I remind you of what you were saying recently about DISH only 3 weeks ago when it's sp was at .14p? Maybe you'd prefer I didn't. Anyway, it's down nearly 50% since so I think I'd keep your observations to a minimum for a while.

I take your point bonkers (sorry, I realise your post is directed towards doc but I'm interested in this too) but from what we've seen recently with GMT, they managed to make some progress and it had no impact on POW whatsoever. What's the point of all the IPOs if actually POW is never going to see any benefit until there is a jv and one of the spin offs gets a project under way properly? Why not do it ourselves with something like Tati?

MFC was I guess a beacon for POW and one from which they hoped they'd attract a jv partner. Didn't work out that way but if it had it would have been a great start to POW being able to fund another of it's more promising exploration projects. I simply don't agree with some here who think because there is now much more cash in the bank for POW, which is of course great, that therefore the model is working. It's not working well for shareholders and here I always come back to the fact that regardless of how the company situation looks on paper there is one and only one way us share holders can realise any tangible benefit and that's the share price. The bottom line is that and our BODs and new CEO need to start looking after that and the lths better. Since the start of 2021 anyone who has invested in POW and held will be in the red. Some quite seriously so. I know in this sector progress can take years and people need patience but IF Pow has made any progress these last few years the yardstick by which I can measure that progress isn't looking good. Far from it. I appear impatient but I've been here a number of years and at some points nearly thrown in the towel but somewhere deep down I have the feeling POW will have some success. the share holders need to be able to share in that too! If the sp rises on some success then far from seeing holders sell out I think it would attract a whole new raft of investors who can see the metals bear market can't go on for ever and there has to be a point at which this looks like a great investment. Rant over.

They need to stop with all the IPOs and breaking the company up. For now what POW needs is itself to become a proper explorer, discover something tangible and make POW a great stock to hold. Then once they've put POW at the top of the heap do some IPOs when the name and success of POW actually carries some weight, rather than just a lot of licenses and %s in other companies. Just my musing.

These crews will know how desperate holders are to see a turn around and be willing to believe it's going to leap back to 20p or whatever. They'll get it started watch and before you know have sold after they've made a quick 10 or 15% and you'll be left wondering why the sp is dropping yet again. If there's no news then that's almost certainly what this is about.

Dtc - come on! It was a total fiasco back then. I've been invested here for quite a while so it's obviously not 3 or 4 years but boy it feels like it! I'm pleased Burt has proved me wrong and that he's turning it about. He's done well and all I want is for the recent momentum to be maintained and not let some good sentiment disappear thanks to sustained periods of silence as you get with so many stocks. Tweets are better than nothing but they're just teasers and not enough on which to base throwing more money in yet. I would like to see some figures or be told in an RNS sales have 'increased' and now been established in new territories. That would do me.

POW is going to have its day I'm sure but RNSs like the one yesterday will simply not cut it in current market conditions and also given recent history from POW themselves.

The MFC fiasco also began with the then CEO telling everyone how excited the company were with the aerial surveys they'd completed and it turned out to be....sh.te. The RNS yesterday was similarly vague, using lots of technical references designed to impress but the bottom line is they've looked at some photos and compared them with somewhere else and think it could be...well, similar. That's it. No wonder the market is unimpressed. Get on the ground and spend some money actually exploring properly rather than trying to increase the mcap with fluff.

POW is I think the only LSE listed company with Uranium in its portfolio so with some concrete evidence they have something to shout about they will quickly become the focus of UK retail investors interested in this sector.

Concrete evidence. That and a turn in this long running bear market will quickly turn the fortunes of POW around but I do wish they'd just stop putting out these PJ-like RNSs.

Mr Mag - the only way the new Directors can do a raise for a proposed RTO is if we are trading and they announce in an RNS they have an RTO candidate. If they do that and ITS comes out of suspension I can guarantee it won't go anywhere near back to .2p and they wouldn't get away with awarding themselves shares at the very lowest price ITS has even been at, and even that only for a week or so as a delisting loomed.

One word from the new Directors about a specific RTO target and interest here will rocket again.

I’ve said all along I suspect this was just a side bet for these guys. They did state in the RNS in July they would be considering several options so it was clear from that moment nothing specific was lined up. It was a bet for them too. They would be paid nothing but nor have they spent anything on this. If the recent share allocation was just to pay for Zeus to sign up as Nomad then they didn’t even pay for that. As far as ITS is concerned these two new Directors were just chancers.

I made my decision a few weeks ago. Having traded a bit when it was moving between 1.7 and 2.4 but then just left a chunk in. With silence from the Directors there’s little reason to think they’ve got anything lined up now. May be months off and silence to bear for a sustained period before we see a chink of light. What will be will be. If it’s a dud then it’s hopefully just another nail in the coffin for AIM. At the rate it’s losing business on LSE I can’t believe the govt will stand by and watch the pros destroy the retail investing community completely, Unless of course by some miracle the Tories stay in power and in which case they will be making money off us as well as they’re often in cahoots with iis. The term ‘Crooked’ doesn’t come close…

Yeah those figures look good Jimmy but… we’re talking about a mcap of only £500k ish. With a dozen or so holders like you and myself holding £10k or so that doesn’t paint such a pretty picture. No iis have moved in here to build any kind of stake. It’s just a load of pis at the casino.

Time to get the interims out with some proof sales are still on the up. Tweets are all well and good but eventually it starts to look a bit iffy if there’s nothing official to back up the positive hints. We need an RNS to keep confidence and sentiment here building. Lths need some thanks and reward for holding through the last three or four rubbish years.

I think Cheek and co will be hoping for a similar rise in the sp as when AIHL was two or three months off it’s evaluation with NICE. Basically that could start anytime now and I’ve a feeling Cheek won’t, unlike Budd, miss an opportunity to raise on the back of said rise.

If there’s been consistent selling here and the drop from about 12p to 10p was fairly quick then I suspect there’s already been forward selling going on and a manipulated drop so that when it’s announced the discount won’t appear so huge. It’s happening all the time at the moment with everyone finding it so difficult to raise cash. A ‘strategic investor’ lends money to the struggling company but forward sells at a considerable profit and then it’s dropped on the pis. We get diluted, the lender makes a huge profit and probably buys more shares ata rock bottom price IF they’re aware things are about to improve. Often this last but doesn’t happen though and the figures I’m talking about aren’t that huge anything between £500k and a couple of £million.

Well, if we're right and the £500k worth were forward sold then there could be another nasty drop due as who ever it was seeks to dump their remaining shares. If' they've forward sold most at a 100% profit ie when the sp was well above a penny then they won't mind if the last few million go at .25p so I think we've got a tough and frustrating autumn ahead of us.

I fail to see how the Directors can justify their salary increases when share holders have lost quite so much. It's a fine way to reward the loyalty of those who held through thick and thin. Can't use the word here on this bb that springs to mind to describe this lot. AIM is full of dirty and shameless con men but VDTK is one the very finest at getting money out of retail investors and then brazenly taking all of it for themselves whilst delivering zero in the way of sales figures or progress for the business or those holding stock. I would not be in the least bit surprised if the MOU comes to nothing and was in fact just a ruse to give the sp a nudge north as the forward selling was well underway.

Investors are fickle, yes. Fickle and obviously stupid as it happens time and time again. I hope a new Labour Govt would be brave enough to put an end to the current flouting of FSA rules by the iis. If the current Govt wishes to increase retail investment then it needs to create a healthier and more level playing field or else they'll get the opposite of what they want and that's everyone pulling their money out and investing in PBs instead.

Why would Allwyn have to use an AIM cash shell? If they want to list and raise any money then they will want to do it on the main market as they'll get far, far more there. AIM is struggling across all sectors and even good news is being rewarded with the shortest of share prices surges. There's very little trust left I believe on AIM as retail investors have been shafted again and again across the board.

If there's silence it's not because it's a tight run ship, it's because there's nothing happening. Nearly always someone will find out somewhere and it leads to a little leak.

It also won't be Allwyn building a Stake as they would had to have submitted a TR1 by now and they won't mess around trying to break the rules if they're such a big deal and want to get in the UK market. Sorry.

I applaud your courage here Jimmy. It's not for the faint hearted for sure, and now it's collapsing even I"m feeling less confident about holding a relatively small amount c£9k worth now. Was £12k at the start of the week but people are now afraid because they've been told nothing at all. I think tomorrow e'll see it crash much further to well below 1p. Not all the way back to .2p but you never know. The mcap is dwindling badly and any money was needed to be raised from here then they would have put teasers out. I just happen to think there's nothing that's fallen into place as yet. There's time but we will almost certainly not hear a word once the stock is suspended.

After the RNS on Wednesday morning confirming the stock is suspended the next one will either be to say there IS an RTO on its way or the stock is being delisted. Either way I think there will be months more of total silence.

Hedge - why on Earth would they RNS the fact it’s dead in the water now? They’ve got 6 months one in suspension to request a resumption of trading.

If something is being lined up it certainly isn’t ready to go just yet. About another 13 and a half hours of trading left before the door is slammed shut. Are you in or out?
