Here’s hopin. No, it was the redaction of the order to wind the company up that caused the really massive rise. There was a small pump and dump on this news that took the sp back up to 2p but for the last couple of weeks or so it’s just been a steady decline apart from some £100 pump and dump crews.
The creditors were paid in shares that were worth a mere £27k on the day they were issued. And the new Nomad , Zeus, were not at that point a creditor so it won’t be their fees. More likely to be a fee to the old Directors who having forgive their last couple of payments may have themselves become creditors. Pure conjecture on my part of course but perhaps they got wind of there being nothing for quite a while and they asked for shares. They could obviously sell them without having to declare them once there’s no longer involved in the company.
What ever it was down to it hasn’t helped that the new Directors have seemingly gone to ground. I did think it was unlikely they could have everything lined up in just a matter of weeks, especially if the party involved in a RTO was a fairly large company
