When I first started investing and was wet behind the ears I fell for ramping and lost a lot of money. Years later and still not recovered but doing much better I never want to see others go blindly into a stock for no other reason than existing share holders are being greedy and duplicitous ie they pump away enticing more hapless pis in all the while they’re merrily selling.

I am hoping this one will do well as the 2 new Directors managed to persuade the outgoing duo it was worth their while to give up their final payments due. My punt is based on that and nothing else. Math? That was the funniest post here in quite a while.

If we clear 5p at some point then we can consider ourselves very lucky indeed. Any more and it’s a real killing.

I think someone hit the mark on the head the other day when they suggested the market is going to suddenly realise this is quite seriously undervalued. I think the mms are perhaps the first to see more clearly what lies ahead and are making their move now. Not sure about 6 or 7p but I can see this breaking 3p today or this week and over 4p by the end of this month. Once those interim results are out it will be too late

Hmm I’m tempted to say someone knows something here as there aren’t that many buys and they’re but very big either but mms seem confident to push the price significantly higher. As long as the herd don’t arrive with posters like ria20 I’ll just enjoy this long awaited recovery and see where we end up.

If EISB keep up this rate of progress and comms some of the bigger names in the industry are going to start taking a peep aren’t they?

Personally expecting this to go straight into suspension now. If there was a plan to beat the Sept 28 deadline then there would already have been teaser comms put out.

Either it’s taking longer than thought or they never had firm interest and are currently scrambling around trying to find someone. New Directors lose nothing if it all comes to nought. Just time and effort wasted but not a penny off their own money.

I do hope the new CEO will be able to find a little more time to dedicate to comms for share holders and the market in general. His predecessor was abysmal so this is an area in which I’m hoping for improvement. To which end I hope there might be a short interview from the new CEO put out on one of the investment forums, if only to say hello and introduce himself. Any glimpses into what his short term vision/ambition/focus is for the company would also be welcome, along with a proper and clear update on things like the level of funding expected from DEVOTE, the US market applications, the EU market, the Middle East market and general state of the UK NHS rollout for AIHL and early expectations for stroke market test.

Anything really would be an improvement. Would also be good to be told what his remuneration package is - could be even more than BUdd’s but if he does a better job then no one will mind. As Budd has made no departing statement I’m fairly sure he has been pushed and he may well now sell his shares but…he hardly had any anyway so that won’t have any impact on the current market malaise for GDR’s share price.

There was always the chance the sp would really collapse much lower than .45p Whatever they put in they would have wanted to know as much as possible about future plans or else it’s a gamble with half a million quid. You’re suggesting they may have only wanted £250k at .45 and in order to get that they were willing to throw another £250k which they’d ‘hope’ to get back immediately?? Doesn’t make any sense to me.

Haven’t been in this situ either but as far as I’m aware an offer will be made for shares in the shell. Possibly twice as much, possibly more, possibly less. Every time is different. I’ve looked into many and they’re all different but it’s equally possible they fail to line something up, we are suspended and in six months time it’s delisted. Just for balance.

Obvs when they presented their case to avoid ITS being wound up by the Court and former Directors they must have have had something to persuade the outgoing duo to forgo their last payments due and also the Court not to a imply award creditors what was left and approve the winding up.

That said, I have no idea what will happen. Apps said he’d been involved in many situations like this but has stopped posting a while ago. I assume he’s now out. Huge inherent risk in a process like this that you lose your investment. The only thing we can pin our hopes on is the reputations and skills of the new Directors. All up in the air now unless we hear something before Sept 28th.
