1dayrodney - my 'unsubstantiated and characteristically gloomy speculation' hasn't been far off the mark thus far judging by the reaction of the market and lack of investment from anywhere going into GDR. You keep waving your little positivity flag though if it makes you happy.

I"m gloomy about GDR because it's been mismanaged and we've been told as little as possible about any sales. Do you deny that if there was something good to say that they would have RNSd it? Or do you think they're just holding everything back from us so they can give it to us all in one big Xmas present? Each to their own.

As for affording these new tests we know the NHS is totally strapped across every department. There is little or no spare cash for new equipment. That's a fact, so until we get that FULL recommendation from NICE, which means all NHS Trusts MUST purchase the GDR AIHL machines and begin using them, my 'unsubstantiated' opinion is that sales of AIHL kits will be minimal, even zero possibly. GDR are not telling us about sales because they are of no significance yet. Opinion yes. Wide of the mark? Hmmm not so sure.

Anyway, no point in wasting time here until we hear something from the new CEO or NICE in December. I can't believe we're only weeks away from the NICE evaluation and the sp is below 10p. I always thought it might drop that low but honestly thought it would have begun a rebound by now. The reason it hasn't is what's causing me sleepless nights now and I do fear things may be far worse than we realise. Hopefully I'm wrong but I haven't been very wrong to date.

I think this latest drop is like all the others post RNSs extending the stop date.

It might well go back to mid 40s but then one whiff of news or simply approaching the end of this month will bring it bubbling back to the surface.

I'm slightly nervous that the BOD either don't know what's holding things up or are being deliberately opaque about the reasons. Still seems to be an element of confusion from the KOD team. I'd also add that from a couple of things they have said they too are in the position of simply hoping this deal gets signed off.

Might be a twitchy couple of weeks but come 20th Oct the sp will spring back up imo. But it's not just back to .6p we're interested in. Back to .8+ and I'll be very happy.

Oh dear nissan, this is so painful. In order for a National roll out straight away we require FULL recommendation. We can sell AIHL in the UK because the product is registered. It isn’t anywhere else unfortunately. If GDR had sold any meaningful numbers in the UK do you not think we’d have been informed via a joyful RNS? We can sell it but no one really wants it yet or can afford it.

If so can treble up to 1.5p then we’d hit the $300m threshold which makes a small cap stock rather than micro cap. iis would get on board even if we got close to it

Well, here we are into October and the Bid is at .65. That's slap bang in the middle of the .3 I said it could drop to and the 1p you promised it fly past 'soon enough'.

Think that puts us on an even footing in terms of price predictions, not that anyone could possibly match your prowess or levels of self belief.

I'm quite tempted to throw in a prediction that the sp here by Xmas will in fact still be as close to 1p as it will .3p. Just for you Massive, that means it stays exactly where it is, bar the odd pump or dump.

A FULL recommendation means every NHS Trust in the UK has to use funding from within its budget to purchase and begin using the AIHL kit. A conditional one doesn't. They can choose whether they wish to buy it or not. I believe this is why the hospitals up in and around the Greater Manchester area are using it currently, because they have been gifted the machines. If there was a Trust that had the money to buy them all now for more neonatal units then that would be amazing. But none have come forward to do so. There, I'm done for the day.

I give up. It can be upgraded to a FULL recommendation but fine, you see it your way then. I'll see it mine.

I know you're desperate for this to come good - we all are - but burying your head stubbornly in the sand when information is right in front of your eyes won't make things improve any quicker. I wish it did.

The red herring that we all failed to spot was in that the EVA, which we all thought was a great boost, actually is unable to grant anything more than a conditional recommendation. What it does allow is the use of the assay being assessed and the sale of it but....it does not therefore mean the NHS has to buy it for all of its neonatal clinics in the UK. That will come in time but only of course if GDR survives long enough to gather the required amount of data and that this data validates a FULL recommendation. We have no idea when this next evaluation from NICE will occur. It all depends on how many kits GDR can get into hospitals (either by giving them away for free or private Trusts and Foundations purchasing them on behalf and for individual NHS hospitals) and how often they are used. Even then it's not a guarantee NICE will update the recommendation to a FULL one. It depends on all sorts of questions that have to be asnwered and can only be answered once GDR provides enough data. Good grief. I hope this gets through to some of you. Love him or loathe him Starres was right about this and spotted it before many of us.

CYP2C19 will be in the same boat even though it is not being assessed by the EVA. We can but hope it gets more attention as the test is deemed to be of far more importance and value to the NHS. Cheek will know this and hopefully have the contacts within the NHS and NICE to stress how crucial it is to get as full a recommendation as possible in order to gather the required data that much faster.

And then it goes on to list various things that must be done, which essentially amounts to data collection to provide answers to questions that GDR is currently unable to issue.

I think the ubiquitous AIM term 'soon' was used. Which could mean in a week, month or 6 months or anything.

Oh come on, people surely dont' still believe this is a genuine company with assets and metal to sell do they?? OMG this has been the biggest scam I've seen in a decade. Amazingly once worth a mcap of over $1bn they have not sold anything, ever, to anyone. I sometimes wonder if they've ever actually mined anything. It's a massive con. Has to be. Sp will still be here or lower in another 2 or 3 years, that's if it isn't investigated and shut down. Truly amazed people still falling for this.

My hope is that with his existing contacts and relationships within the NHS he can stress how crucial it is to GDR that NICE gives a FULL recommendation so it can progress as a company in developing more assays which will in time both improve the quality of care in the NSH and save it money. If they don't then this will take years and years to properly get off the ground.

I also hope Cheek has some decent experience and contacts in the EU so GDR can hurry up and get these tests at least registered ready for sale once they are approved. At the moment Budd, for all his bs, had lined up distributors aplenty but none of whom could sell the products because they hadn't even been registered in any territories. We STILL don't know exactly what needs to be done in the EU, ME or rest of the world in order to get the flipping tests on the shelves. Budd was so hopeless. Why didn't Gilman get rid of him sooner? I honestly think it will have been RF leaning heavily that got him removed so in my books they've at least done as that one small favour thus far.

We 'believe' we can complete - this actually isn't particularly resounding but hopefully he was just playing it safe.
