PEEL HUNT still got about 75m shares they need to dump. When will they pull the chain I wonder? When they do I’m afraid this is going to tank by another 50% or so. BODs need to do or say something that is in the interests of share holders other than themselves. Fine for them as they know what’s going on and all might actually be ok. They know exactly how many sales and contracts are happening with Lindab and Metrotile but we mere mortals are left totally in the dark, save an update every 6months. At least we know our Directors will be well rested by the time they have to put out another report.

No idea how long things might take to move forward on the MOU either although nine months was mentioned in recent RNS as the length of time it would get to have machinery in place in a new manufacturing plant. I guess that means if they can pull this JV off with NZV in the next three months then we’re looking at some progress in a year from now. Hopefully the sp would recover as soon as something is confirmed though. It’s just agony being a vdtk share holder

Pretty clear to me that between them Bernie and Steve are giving out mixed msgs. From experience it is known Bernie always errs on the optimal side of things and gives out overly short timelines, but perhaps Steve is more meticulous and knows more of the minutiae that’s required. Sounds to me as if this presentation needs to be made, hopefully before Christmas, and that in the mean time the License transfer will be completed, and THEN the Mali govt will approve everything and sign off the deal. That all sounds more like early 2024 to me but I know that’s not what done here want to believe. Every single time I’ve invested in mining stocks things take years longer than people hope for. KOD is no different. I’m not saying that’sa bad thing, it’s just the way things are in this sector from my albeit fairly limited experience.

Yes and one assumes none of the iis fell for that little mischief. If that's what happens with just a small number of retail investors jumping in just imagine what it will be like with the iis falling over themselves to buy large chunks.

That's a good thing in my mind, as I think that means they will want to launch an IPO and if there's significant cash in the bank and they are trading at a good profit then it makes it more attractive than many stocks out there just now. Raising cash in this bear market is tough for everyone and hopefully Zeus can pull off something a bit special here.

Come on mms. move the BID up ffs at least to 10p. It's your flipping job to try and create some interest in these AIM stocks. Been well above 10p on and off for two or three days now. This just needs a little nudge and i think we'll be back nearer 12p.

And btc dropping as fast as it went up. Assume ARB will do likewise.

Thought just for once ARB could hold on to a rise and start some kind of recovery.

Interesting that many of my other stocks all shot up at the same time even though they are not in the same sector. Is that people selling btc and dropping it on to other undervalued stocks?

Hope it's not going to be too long to wait to hear something good hear. The CEO did well seeing off the 'activist share holder' ie TPs so I hope he and the company are due some good fortune for a while now. Shame to have lost some of the recent gains in the sp but business wise things are looking very good. We're coming up to Christmas time so hopefully a bumper month for sales

I’m so used to picking holes in AIM stocks I’ve forgotten what it’s like to get excited about something like this.

That said, in current market conditions a new listing of a retail company doing well and with stated intentions to grow and based on strong trading figures and with existing assets of £8m then an IPO might well attract a good deal more than something worth an mcap of £8m. The fact it’s trade is only in the uk is a good thing as it means it’s not liable to external international forces knocking sales and predictions. So, whilst of course it’s anyone’s guess what an IPO might achieve, Zeus are involved and they are masters in this field. Being super optimistic - and assuming it is Bodycare that wants the RTO in order to list on AIM - it could end up being valued at £15m but find the IPO is oversubscribed and thus it cd balloon well past that Figure. I can dream can’t I? !

IPO £20m ? Means some extra nice Crimbo pressies under the tree. But most likely this won’t happen before the end of this year. Boo

Plus I looked at Bodycare accounts as at end of 2022 and saw their assets were approx £8m. Cdnt see the figure £14m but probably looking in the wrong place.

Either way I think there’s still a bag or five to be had here. Once it’s all out in the open and we’re reading again if it gets anywhere near 7p I’ll be delighted.
